Those who deserve are given the medal of disappointment and those who bribe are favoured with fake winners certificate. Shame on such acts whereby our new talent is sabotaged and their dreams of becoming a talented actor/actress or singer are murdered by the selfish panel of organizers and the judges.

Judges have certain criteria to follow. What is good to the eyes of audience sometimes don't fall in line with the rules judges follow. Yes judges should not be biased but should give the judgement as per the conscience. Sometimes judges are influenced by certain elements but I would say that judges should not bend under any circumstances. Unfortunately sometimes such things happens
Everybody cannot be winners. It's a very tough job for judges also. But yes judgement should be done as per conscience and under any circumstances the judges should be biased nor get influenced. The participating directors should also be aware of the criteria the judges have to follow while allotting marks.
