I'm pretty much running this only I added in a 'Buff Activation when Hit' connected to Shout of Provocation for added damage and armor with a few shout links added in and leveled to make the shout's cooldown as low as I can get it.
Did you think about using Tier 5 Dewdrop zodiac with Release element + Versatility? Its +10%cast speed + 10% penetration for versatility + 50% dmg (when both attack and defense enhance skill is up) from zodiac. + 30% dmg amp and 20% cast speed from the release element. Sure the uptime is not 100% but when you switch it for magic/rares/ only it makes clearing much faster. I found that I love it much more than poison area while grinding because it has 0 casting time where poison are is ultra slow. And for boss fight, when you activate both - wooohoooooo try to survive that
EDIT: I used the wrong belt when recording equipments. I was trying a new one at the time. The official belt is basically the same as the one in the video, but gives more DEX, putting it exactly at 200, so I can use the DMG bonus from the zodiac at Trait 7. keep the dps only from your toxic flame on 1 target, but do not add the damage that your puddle or your relic is doing, that is not the best relic you should know that there is a relic that amplifies the damage of your flame and at Being a damage over time, you hit and run, and you do damage while you run, if you run your relic doesn't hit, that means you're really doing less damage. the top is relic of amplifying elemental damage. there must be a reason.
You are talking about Sephdar. I have already tested it against Vesper and it gives me less DPS than Vesper does. And Sephdar also increases considerable the damage I take. Sephdar can be good and yes, it helps with the DOT. But the price you pay made me reconsider. At least for now and I dont think it is the best. It is a choice. I used it for a while and now I prefer Vesper and soon I will test Leo. Thanks for the input! :)
My damage is only about 1.4m single target.... Ive got basically the same gear I am miss +3 to skill rune, my charms are slightly lower rolls and my relic is only lvl 15 is that the 2.1million damage I'm missing or? what is the single target dps with no relic?
Without looking at your character it is hard to guess. I had others saying the same thing but when I looked at their characters there were many things that they could have done that were not exactly like my build. But that armor makes a LOT of difference. Not all that, but a good ammount.

The game gives you enough stat points for going hybrid. This means that your main skill has a main stat that will require a minimum of points spent on it so you can use it, as it happens with Toxic Flame. It requires INT. But there is no need to go full INT. Stats don't affect offense directly in Undecember. It only affects defense. So if you go full int you are basically saying you are focusing on a full barrier defense. I prefer armor. Others prefers evasion. Because of that, tehre are variations of the same build with their pros and cons. I run a INT + STR build and focus on armor. But at this moment I have also added 200 points in DEX just to get a specific dmg node on the zodiac that gives me +40% if I have at least 200 points in each stat.
Candor adds +1 max level for every 5 succeses. I have 6 successes. So my Toxic Flame is now level 31. Runestone gives it +1 level. Makes it 32. Chest armor gives +3 levels to all my Spell Skill Runes (Toxic Flame & Posion Area). So that takes Toxic Flame to 35.
@@Devik_Abash Lightning Typhoon is used against raid bosses and void rift bosses. It is kept at level 1 to force miss. It also debuffs (3 damage nodes from Shepherd on trait 8) and shocks for extra damage.

The order these guys show off their zodaics if they are trying to help or allow people to spend the points like they did is a bit off, because it cost 29 points to get to "flash" and he went there when I only put 25 points into my Zodaic tree, so it's out of order.
You need something to poison the enemies. Deadly Poison will give damage amplification against poisoned enemies. Toxic Flame doesn't poison enemies. I poison enemies with Vesper Relic. Here is a video explaining how Deadly Poison works with Toxic Flame: th-cam.com/video/WVInkxykvZ8/w-d-xo.html
348-455k dps still bad. I have 1 million dps from single cast on white mobs (Main skill Toxic Flame [Awakening - Origin: DoT ampli 12.9%] DPS 688k at 38 rune level, skill links: Mana storm [legendary], DoT [Rare], Poison Penetration [Rare], Element DMG Amplification [Rare], Additional Poison DMG [Awakening: Verity - Poison DMG 79%], Spell DMG increase [Rare], Aura: Seal of Pain [legendary]), and this is even not endgame DPS, here a lot rooms for improvements: legendary upgrade, rune awakening, t6 charms (with 80% DoT and 60% dual wielding DMG - double mods almost impossible, very low chance) weapon crafts - triple t10 mods: suffix DoT ampli 13% + suffix Poison DMG 86% + prefix poison DMG 90-117. Currently, i can farm 94 level maps easily, or 99 maps on very painful clear speed: best try was 8 minutes, worst 12-15. Donation to the Game: 0 dollars (i even not have premium chest)

Poison orb also fires while using movement skills. Leap + Tele will trigger poison orb as well. So as you're repositioning, it is firing.

Element Master is better than Deadly Poison.
At 4:57 the node says +40% DMG not elemental dmg. Is this actually adding to the toxicflame dmg?
+% DMG is a generic bonus that helps everyone. That one only works if you have at least 200 in each stat.

You need STR, DEX and INT above 200. All the stats must be above 200.

Because I wasn't able to awaken my skill yet. Getting the gold I need to craft 30 level skills and then get the legendary fragments.
