moved to PFL 20 years ago and passed by Tung Fat since then quite regularly. I've seen the old and new. This is a great piece of renovation work, definitely a unique product in KT, if not in HK. The asking rent isn't for the average Joe's budget. I hope it leases well and works out for the investor financially. Really love to see more projects such as this to happen in HK.
Really on the pricey side at 95k a month, but I guess it should be popular with the expats and/or Nouveau riche The renovation does look like its beautifully done.
The cheapest apt is going @ 65000HKD/month , which is around 8442 USD/month . This rent is too high even for a management software engineer in HK. I guess this place is for crypto gigga chads only.
Hong Kong is amazing. Less crowded on the ground than significantly less populated cities because the transit network is remarkable. Much fewer cars means less traffic and less noise.
Tenants have several options for commuting to work, such as public transportation (buses, MTR, etc.), cycling, or driving. They can also rent car parking spaces at nearby housing estates. The location is well-connected, so getting to work should be convenient for most.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While this property may not offer certain facilities, it is designed to provide a unique and intimate living experience that may differ from larger developments. Of course, individual preferences vary.
It will rent for what it rents for. Those numbers are in line with typical rental rates in the area. Funny how business and normal life don't always agree with political ideology.
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! When it comes to the surroundings, it really does come down to personal preference-what works for one person might not for another. At the end of the day, it’s all about what you’re looking for in a neighbourhood.
You can never legally own land living in a shared building. Also, if you actually watched the video, these are only available for rental and not for sale.
I am happy foreigners are leaving town so local can reclaim some of the places occupied by them as a tradition since the colonial period. These proporties are truely uniqne. We need modernization, not westernation.
Hong Kong is one of the worst cities to operate a business. An extremely expensive with very little deposable income. Bangkok is a step in the right direction for your business. You can access Asian market more easily than in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong economy, as a financial hub city, is getting worse without a doubt. Their GDP was 359.8 billion USD and GDP per capita was 48,983.62 USD. Thailand on the other hand, as a country, within the same period, 495.4 billion USD and 6,909.96 USD respectively. Obviously they're on downward sloping but not the worst. And you shouldn't sell ski masks in Hong Kong as well. Wrong business buddy.

Hong Kong. From coffin home to a luxurious dream apartment.
You can always go to Mumbai-Dahravi
Hello Bobo, I Love this apartment
Lovely!
Really on the pricey side at 95k a month, but I guess it should be popular with the expats and/or Nouveau riche
The renovation does look like its beautifully done.
Thanks for watching! It's definitely on the higher end, but it should have broad appeal and the renovation really is stunning.
Given no car park or clubhouse facilities, guess it’s definitely on the pricey side. Wonder the view on the other levels too.
subbing because the presenter has a great presenting voice.
Thanks!
omg i want to buy this
Great property
1:34 less affordable units for people, what a nice change!

"CLASSY"
I much prefer its original exterior design
Bobo is the best
Thanks for your support !
Is the unit for sell? If yes, how much are each unit if it is available for sell?
The units is not for sale; it's currently available for rent only
I don’t even know how people can live in Hong Kong , crazy overcrowded 🤯
depends where you live!
Hong Kong is amazing. Less crowded on the ground than significantly less populated cities because the transit network is remarkable. Much fewer cars means less traffic and less noise.
How will those tenants go to work?
Tenants have several options for commuting to work, such as public transportation (buses, MTR, etc.), cycling, or driving. They can also rent car parking spaces at nearby housing estates. The location is well-connected, so getting to work should be convenient for most.
Damn the monthly rent is the price of a new car
only 30m HKD?
Renovation fees yes
They can't afford to change the sockets at the living room?
What is the point of remodeling it rather than rebuilding it if the appearance is nothing like before?
The idea was to keep elements of the original structure while giving it a new modern look!
That master bathroom is tragically small...
Thanks for your comment! While the bathroom is on the smaller side, the marble finishes do add a nice touch to the overall design.
it's super expensive and NO facilities at all! And I can easily find an apartment in the Belair with club house facility with such amount of rent!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While this property may not offer certain facilities, it is designed to provide a unique and intimate living experience that may differ from larger developments. Of course, individual preferences vary.
95000 sky rent 😂🎉
There is little of the mosaic tiles of Hong Kong. It's just a gutted building.
I would pay one Bobillion dollars for that
Go for it
Jeremy is a clueless foreigner who forgets to mention the rent too high. Ask for an 80% reduction because Hong Kong is going out of business.
Stay in Mumbai-Dahravi.
Please dont come here

Looks like it will be hot af on that top floor what a waste of energy
So expensive with no facilities 😅
well done bobo
Thank you :)

@@squarefoot_hk Thanks for your insightful answer. I hope the buyer/tenant can find what they want there!
Yeah, no open field for your daily open-defecation somewhere.
The surroundings are typical for most older residential areas in Hong Kong.
@@canto_v12 yes, it is not a region for middle or higher-class
Booooooo hk real estate is so corrupt. Don’t give them business. Let those billionaires houses become worthless
welcome to the land of CHINA.
She forgot to mention land rights. Do you own the land? Property without land rights is worthless.
Literally no properties in HK are freehold.
Mumbai-Dharavi has land rights?

super noisy environment
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! While the area can be busy, the inside was actually very quiet
Bye bye hk

People choose to be in Hong Kong as it’s the city to make money. It takes money to make more money.
