Okay I am too skinny for my age too. I am 19 now and when I meet ppl outdoors, they don't even believe I am 19 bc I look like a 15 year old girl. So im kinda insecure about my look when applying for jobs which concern about looks, height and weight.. It is soo stressful thb
Yeah I do get that feeling you have. I have been there and done that. But all I have to say , don’t stress over . Perhaps it’s the hormones, genetics etc etc . Eventually you will put on weight at the right age . You are still 19 . Give it 2-3 years you will gain weight . Have a good diet stream , take height end nutrients, add milk , almonds, sunflower seeds banana , smoothies to your meals. I was skinny as hell . Even at Emirates & Qatar interviews. But I got through . Recruiters don’t care how skinny you look as long as you fit the BMI Requirements, as long as you carry yourself well,+ if you have what it gets to be a cabin crew you will get selected anyway . Perhaps you might look skinny but you may have a good weight . You get what I’m saying ?!!! So , don’t dress . Eat well , drink enough water & workout 🏋🏻♀️. You will be fine . I think being skinny at 18-19-20s is a good sign coz you don’t look older as to your age. Even until now people think I’m around 27 /28 😀😃 it’s a compliment.

Becoming a flights Stewardess has been my dream job since grade 5. I got to travel on 4 aircrafts after doing my grade 5 exam. Sent to Melbourne on Cathay through Hong kong. I thought it was amazing to work so hard and still smile. Since we has to go and come back in two more planes, I was able to see so many crew members work. Its a wonderful job. I like to see many people from different countries everyday. You're a very honest person. I want to be a smart Stewardess just like you. I'll keep on watching your vedios and learning from you. Within those 25 min you wonderfully motivated me to pursue the dream job once again when I am literally lost in the confusion of applying to Qatar Airways once again or to keep doing the same job I am currently in. Because I was just like you, same thing happened to me with the Sri Lankan Airlines. I got rejected due to weight issues in my first attempt. That was a huge breaking point and then I moved on to do what I do now, teaching. Anyways, you are such a beautiful girl inside and out, your kindness and honesty make you shine even brighter. To be frank flying stewardess and flying stewards means waiters and waitress on air! Its nothing to be ashamed to be called so if they want to address you in that way! My self is attached to Srilankan airlines but I'm attached to the airport operations. Dear, people will talk down on you when they fail to achieve something they love which you have achieved by your,mine hard work. Joining an airline is not just a job. Its a job which comes with huge responsibilities. We as airline staff should be proud about our self cz we represent the nationa career of our country and in your case UAE. the harsh comment was made by a girl who is working for a saloon in DXB right? so compairing to their mentality its obvious she made a comment like that. Just forget about her cz if we discribe about her job role she is giving manicure and pedicure and massages to total strangers. So cheer up. You are doing one of the greatest job in the entire world! I started following her before 4 years I guess and i still can remember she had 200 followers at that time on insta. I was overwhelmed after seeing her on insta as a srilankan because i also wanna to become a cabin crew. I started texting with her she is lovely and share lots of experiences that she has been through on this job with me. The 1st most important question I asked from her is where did u learn English and she recommended British council for me. I ended up being there and did 5 general English courses. Why did I become an air hostess ? I think I clearly explained why in this video. It’s my dream job , i didn’t want to stay in front of a computer everyday , doing 8-5 job, or get bored doing the same thing everyday . This job pays me more than I ask for, get paid to travel to places, and to see many things, to work with different nationalities etc etc . I don’t think I would be able to see northern lights, or Great Wall of China, or the Niagara Falls, Himalayas, or the pyramids if I sit in front of a computer and doing an office job.
Actually my only goal is become a cabin crew .But I have two major issues that are bit underweight and fluently speaking English .People who don't really konw something say a lot .we don't really care about them akki..because of that you don't care it.❤️ actually you are a best motivater akki..I'll be a cabin crew someday too. If you can say how to improve English skills , It will be so useful.😊❤️
Hi hun . Thanks for your kind words . Underweight - if you are one or two outside the boundary, that’s okay . you can ! Because I was underweight when I applied for Emirates. But I got through . You can follow a 4-5 meals daily intake of food . Take more high nutrients rich foods , almonds , banana , milk , sunflower seeds , nuts , etc etc . Don’t eat junk food. Appeton weight gain was good for me . May be you can try that , do some exercises at home .. English - mmmm well, you have talk to your self in the mirror . Start doing it . Or talk with your friends . Even if you make mistakes grammatically that’s okay . Just talk talk TALK. That’s the key point if you want to be fluent in English . Then later on you can start reading little story books , read them aloud , watch simple English dramas or series , work on your vocabulary. A dictionary and a thesaurus will help you to add more words.

The first thing u said is right, in Sri Lanka people too much judge others based on their education level, job, the way we eat, the way we behave, the way we dress, etc. In developed countries like USA, Europe, Australia people their do not judge u like in Sri Lanka, they respect all types of people. They have not classified jobs and educational levels in to groups as first class and third class.

Becoming a flights Stewardess has been my dream job since grade 5.
I got to travel on 4 aircrafts after doing my grade 5 exam.
Sent to Melbourne on Cathay through Hong kong.
I thought it was amazing to work so hard and still smile.
Since we has to go and come back in two more planes, I was able to see so many crew members work.
Its a wonderful job. I like to see many people from different countries everyday.
You're a very honest person.

Within those 25 min you wonderfully motivated me to pursue the dream job once again when I am literally lost in the confusion of applying to Qatar Airways once again or to keep doing the same job I am currently in. Because I was just like you, same thing happened to me with the Sri Lankan Airlines. I got rejected due to weight issues in my first attempt. To be frank flying stewardess and flying stewards means waiters and waitress on air! Its nothing to be ashamed to be called so if they want to address you in that way! My self is attached to Srilankan airlines but I'm attached to the airport operations. Dear, people will talk down on you when they fail to achieve something they love which you have achieved by your,mine hard work. Joining an airline is not just a job. Its a job which comes with huge responsibilities. We as airline staff should be proud about our self cz we represent the nationa career of our country and in your case UAE. the harsh comment was made by a girl who is working for a saloon in DXB right? so compairing to their mentality its obvious she made a comment like that. Just forget about her cz if we discribe about her job role she is giving manicure and pedicure and massages to total strangers. So cheer up. You are doing one of the greatest job in the entire world! I started following her before 4 years I guess and i still can remember she had 200 followers at that time on insta. I was overwhelmed after seeing her on insta as a srilankan because i also wanna to become a cabin crew. I started texting with her she is lovely and share lots of experiences that she has been through on this job with me. The 1st most important question I asked from her is where did u learn English and she recommended British council for me. I ended up being there and did 5 general English courses. Why did I become an air hostess ? I think I clearly explained why in this video. It’s my dream job , i didn’t want to stay in front of a computer everyday , doing 8-5 job, or get bored doing the same thing everyday . This job pays me more than I ask for, get paid to travel to places, and to see many things, to work with different nationalities etc etc . I don’t think I would be able to see northern lights, or Great Wall of China, or the Niagara Falls, Himalayas, or the pyramids if I sit in front of a computer and doing an office job.

Underweight - if you are one or two outside the boundary, that’s okay . you can ! Because I was underweight when I applied for Emirates. But I got through .
You can follow a 4-5 meals daily intake of food . Take more high nutrients rich foods , almonds , banana , milk , sunflower seeds , nuts , etc etc . Don’t eat junk food. Appeton weight gain was good for me . May be you can try that , do some exercises at home ..
English - mmmm well, you have talk to your self in the mirror . Start doing it . Or talk with your friends . Even if you make mistakes grammatically that’s okay . Just talk talk TALK. That’s the key point if you want to be fluent in English . Then later on you can start reading little story books , read them aloud , watch simple English dramas or series , work on your vocabulary. A dictionary and a thesaurus will help you to add more words.
