Honestly never be nervous about staying alone in a new apartment. I’m 43 and still nervous when I move and my daughter lives with me. It will take time. Try some meditation videos or a noise machine. And then try some lavender tea before bed to relax you. Always make sure you locked your
Doors and if you need to just keep one light on maybe in the kitchen under the cabinet. It helps and you will be fine I promise ❤

Key for living alone:
1. As you always have, everybody doesn't need to have access to your home space. You don't want folks bringing adverse energies/spirits into your home space.
2. For grocery shopping make sure that you pick A-day to shop. If you run to the store every time you're hungry, your budget will be shot for the month.
3. Enjoy the stillness of being. God's presence is always present.
4. Laugh, celebrate, and DANCE
