When your left anterior descending artery (which provides most of the anterior left heart) is clogged at 70%, usually there is heart pain with physical activity. Atherosclerosis is no joke. Mukbangers and food "influencers" who eat like Kali (on top of the PEDs) can stay skinny or as ripped as they want, but your insides are MUCH more important and much more valuable than physical appearances. Once your arteries are clogged that's it. It's permanent. And it's not just the main arteries of the heart. It can be all over. So even if you get the plaque scraped out, the smaller ones can't be. All you have left are treatments (stents) that only push the plaque aside, and your (small) collateral arteries that don't pump as much blood as your main arteries.
Take care of your body. You only have one left. I'm not an angel myself but after taking CV education classes and learning how myocardial infarctions work, it scared me big time.

Hi Derek I’m an RN. *Edit: THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. JUST CORRECTING DEREK.* Aspirin is anti platelet (for arterial clotting) while heparin is an anticoagulant (for DVT and PE treatment.) You wouldn’t necessarily take heparin shots for MI prevention, you’d go for anti-platelet medications like aspirin + clopidogrel. Then you add on things that help limit that plaque’s size such as statins, things to stop remodeling of the heart such as ACE inhibitors, etc. Heparin drips are used in the acute phase of a heart attack to limit the coagulation cascade.

Yeah I’m sure the reason his artery was 100% clogged was because of the covid vaccine 🙄. Not decades of hormone abuse and a poor diet. No one is failing to take evidence into account or committing some scientific faux pas when a completely absurd hypothesis is rejected out of hand.

Reminds me of a friend of mine, all the muscle in the world, terrible diet, and on gear. The issue is you have to want to listen to health advice even when you aesthetically look amazing when on the inside you’re melting. It’s sad man

Hope he recovers. But it's a fucked up culture that this dude who's probs solidly rich didn't know about this stuff.
Its just insanely common in America to not have a doctor and not think about this stuff.
Kali Muscle one of the first dudes i saw on TH-cam. I remember making his prison ramen when I started lifting. I hope he lives another 30-40 years.

Correction. Stop blaming cholesterol. Cholesterol does not have anything to do with heart attack. It's all the junk, sugary, processed foods. Cholesterol is what builds muscle, and is needed to produced testosterone. So PLEASE STOP BLAMING CHOLESTEROL !!!

I'm almost 55 and used gear in my 20s then trained naturally til I was 50, now doing trt and try to stay under 200 mg test a week. I constantly check my health including my heart, getting stress tests, imaging, Calcium scoring etc . I'm 6 ft 230 and lean. My health is good, but if I didn't check my bloodwork I'd potentially be in some trouble. For example, when I was trying to do testosterone over 250 mg a week my lipid profile shifted in a bad way so I dropped my dose down. I eat 95% clean, take good supplements like fish oil, D3 and red yeast rice, plus cardio along with my normal weight training.
I dont get why these guys who are fastidious with training and use a heavy drug protocol can't regularly see a doctor and get the tests that insurance generally covers.
