Just wanted to add as a note regarding the assurance wireless phones I had to push the power then they up volume NOT the volume up then power. Hope this helps any readers.

Wiped Dara/factory reset then yes then is say wipe all user date? This can not be undane then I press yes keep going back to the same thing what do I do?
I am trying to factory reset a Wiko U307AS. I get all the way to the point your video is on at 1:03 minutes in, but I cannot get past that screen with the little green icon that says "No Command" beneath it. Eventually, the phone just restarts itself. Can you tell me how to reset this Wiko model? There must be something I am doing wrong. I am trying to wipe everything from the phone in order to donate it. I will not be using it any longer. Thank you!
When the No command pops up, press volume up button and power button at same time just once, then the other screen will pop up where you can click factory reset… hope this helps 💕
@@user-lz6dm5lk9y you’re welcome… I will say on this phone, I got it to the screen and factory reset it, once you go thro and click your language (like it’s new) after a few steps it will still ask for the previous screen lock code
@@lucindachandler9765 I managed to reset mine, and then I turned it in for recycling. I use a Moto g Pure now as an emergency back up mobile to my iPhone, and I like the Moto g Pure much better. :)

If it keep bringing you back to the same page press power off turn it on and your whole phone will reset
What if there's no chip in it I'm going to take the chip from my other Waco and put it in this one because my other one has a broken screen
