Thank you for standing your ground and defending your faith in a proper manner - calm and composed. Thank you for being a good example on how we should respond on other people's criticisms. Just like the lesson in CWS/PNK this past weekend, we should be forgiving to other people, more importantly to the brethren, just like how God forgives us.

My sister’s family was INC members, one day, her eldest daughter married a Roman Catholic and of course, the punishment from INC is dismissal!(tiwalag). If the INC’s main purpose is to save souls according to their doctrine, why would the INC’s hierarchy left my sister and her whole family in limbo? They have no religion as of now and the INC left them confused! Why would the INC do such unchristian like behavior? The answer is, INC is not about christianity but the opposite,…is INC the anti christ as they considered Jesus Christ a human like themselves but a bit above normal humans? You can’t blame people from insulting you and calling you a cult if you act like mafia by threatening your members with dismissal if one member of a family like my sister’s realized that catholicsm is the right path to heaven! We catholic do not act this way! We spread the doctrine freely, we don’t need recruitment and propaganda! But remember, if INC has famatics, so does other religion! You will get insulted non stop if you will not stop attacking other faith to recruit for INC! We don’t condone the comedian’s act, but make sure he’s catholic before you attack the catholics!

Very good advice Mr Woolley, hope many of your subscriber especially the INC brothers can accept this. I’m a Pilipino catholic and consider any Christian denominations as belonging to one church since we all look up to the lord Jesus Christ for our spiritual sustenance. Like you said here there’s always going to be one who would not be able to understand, as per Matthew 7, do not judge, or you too will be judged.

@@mark72141inside the Church of Christ we are taught to never use our tongues on defaming, or insulting others including the religious leaders of other religions. So no the INC does not make fun of other religious leaders, it's another topic for individual members. Like gold daggal, his religion probably does not teach him to insult others just like he did but he still did. The INC is strict and disciplined but it does not dictate or control what it's members do that is why there are members who get excommunicated. So blaming the fault of an individual member to the entirety of the religion is just bad.

Good point totoo marami tayong mga kapatid na alagad ng batas pero. It doesn’t mean na aabusuhin na nila ang kanilang katayuan dahil sa mga ganyang kababaw na dahilan. Mula nung simula pa pinagtatawanan na ang Iglesia pero kahit minsan ditinuro ng sugo na maghimagsik tayo sa ibang tumutuligsa sa ating relihiyo. We were never taught in the INC to hurt others but there were also those even in Christ’s time when he was living here on earth who disobeyed God and his administration. We are always taught in the INC to love others. No INC member is perfect. There is only one perfect human being that is Christ our Lord.

The threats are not the official stand of the INC Administration. Members who blurted them out took it personally out of their deep respect for the Executive Minister. It is like that their own father was violated verbally so their violent reaction. I repeat, what they said is not the official stand of the church, although, I have to admit that I really felt insulted. Given the chance to meet the guy, I may tell him what I feel, but going to the extent of harming him would be the last to happen.

I think that the one who pretended to make a request to the military and NBI is not a real member of their Church. He may have done that just to tarnish the reputation of INC. Most INC whom I know are kind, behave, disciplined and calm.
