Our son Aditya Shankar is at Isha Ashram.. last 5 mths.. He chose himself to go for Sadhana pada..Then he never looked back.. Never complaint anything.. He is doing dedicated seva at Ashram..
We visited him once.. He is very happy.. Calm.. Poised.. I went tears when we left after spent a peaceful n8 at cottage.. We are just waiting for him to complete his full tenure.. of 7 months.. Waiting for his Réunion with our family.. I'm sure.. Our lad will come back as A Enlightend Man..

I'm in this program....Brothers and sisters if you can take a 7 month break and give yourself completely to change yourself, then come... Be ready mentally physically emotionally and little bit financially...

Wonderful place, I have been there , waking up at 4 o'clock and doing sadhana , then seva at dhyanalinga, linga bhairavi, Adiyogi statue place makes you to forget everything ,looking forward to go for mahashivratri .. 🙏

@Sounds of Isha It would be great if you can release the drum music used to wake up residents in the morning. I'll use it as my alarm sound.

More than drum sound, it's the consecrated space of IYC, the Sadhana you do and the food you have makes you wake up at before 4am

Anna , there is an album by sounds of Isha, called Exuberance of the Unmanifest. It has all their drum music collection.
And Anna they use actual drums to wake them up in the morning not music coming from a speaker 😅😄
The music is not by Sounds of Isha, it's played by Sadhnapada volunteers with actual drums everyday... and they do not even have any background in music. The tune has been given by Sadhguru and some full time volunteers teach whoever are interested in playing drums in morning. Source: I'm in Sadhanapada 2019 and one of my friend is playing drums.
Video was as usual of very high standards but at 5:14 it went altogether to a whole new level with the amazing background score... The mood changed instantly from sombre to ecstatic! Keep up the good work!

i want to go there. i didnt clear neet even in my second attempt. preparing for 3rd attempt. I'm having soo much anxiety. I'm soo lost. but its starting from july 2022. not sure till when neet will be postponed. not sure whether ill clear again. would have to participate in counselling or not. its just ... i really really want to go . I can not follow such discipline, I am quite ok. I respect all, but this is not my path, because I cannot carry it till my last breath. In my opinion, there are diff. paths of yoga, a person should choose what matches his personality and thought process. Remember the goal is EVOLUTION.
The the goal is also achieved with dedication.... Just be dedicated to the process

They are kind and gentle people. They let you in for about 5 mins. Until the food has not been started serving you can still enter. And if it is the last batch (there are only 2 batches in the morning and evening) of food you can enter after time too because there is no food after that.
Thank you I was terrified by watching that since I'mma late person.. ever since from school somehow it happens😅😅 now I'm lil relaxed about it
