It occurs when your foreskin gets trapped behind your penis' glands (head). This is usually when the foreskin is too tight to roll back to normal so it gets stuck. I'm not too sure about preventative methods as much, but many have recommended foreskin stretching techniques and devices. Hope this helps

practice streatching with coconut oil and place ear flesh tunnel inside the foreskin at least 2 weeks before advance to a bigger size. it should allow a gentle streatch. when you can finally retract the foreskin keep it clean with water. dry then apply coconut oil again until the skin is easier to retract. see your naturapath. circumsision is not the answer!

Foreskin stretching exercises really work. You just have to be doing them correctly and consistently. Using a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil is a good move too, as it will protect the penis skin from a number of common irritations that can occur while stretching. Keep it in mind.
