It’s also possible that the building was built in the 1980s by the look of some of the older looking features while it’s also possible that the lift motors are original to when the building was built but the lifts were more recently replaced! :)
@@benolifts Okay! It’s just the orange tiles in the roof area that were older looking were also common in the 1980s so 2009 would of been quite late for them to use them but it could of been a cost cutting measure if those terracotta tiles were cheaper than more modern looking grey stone tiles! :)
For such a old building I was surprised too see all the lift motors were inverter driven. Wonder where the chiller systems were located? Either on the roof or the basement I’d imagine…
This place is in the middle of nowhere hopefully no one will vandalise it for many years and hope the squatters to keep it in good place I want if the lift would still work after multiple years even if no one touches them or switches the power off..
@@finnishelevators0397 I wouldn't be surprised if the owners went bankrupt and put the building for sale. It's probably on the market ready for new owners. I don't think it's going to stay abandoned for long considering it was a more recent construction.

I remember going and staying in that exact building in 2018! The outdoor orona was in quite back condition and it kept going out of service.
