[Japanese embroidery] I embroidered "Mitsu Yokomi Kikyo" ❁ Bellflower

hello everyone.
The second family crest series is "Mitsu Yokomi Kikyo"
Yokomi Kikyo is designed to look like Bellflower from the side.
There are many other family crests called "Yokomi~", and there are many cute ones that I like!
In the previous bellflower embroidery, I used untwisted thread (called “Hiraito”), but this time I used twisted thread.
I like the texture of the hiraito, so I don't often finish it with just twisted thread.
I hope you will enjoy the difference in the texture of the thread.
I think that there are people who like the fluffy finish of the twisted thread.
In fact, I plan to embroider the family crest of the bellflower connection next time as well.
There were so many wonderful family crests that I couldn't choose just one bellflower.
Next time will be a family crest with a slightly different design, so please look forward to it... ☻

When I started working as a Japanese embroidery craftsman,
I had the opportunity to see a practice cloth embroidered by old craftsman.
I remember that the detailed and careful embroidery was so beautiful that I couldn't believe it was practice.
After that, I also made embroidery practice a routine.
The design is based on "Japanese designs and pictures that have been loved for a long time".
