The people of this world are like the three butterflies in front of a candle’s flame.
The first one went closer and said: I know about love.
The second one touched the flame lightly with his wings and said:I know how love’s fire can burn.
The third one threw himself into the heart of the flame and was consumed.
He alone knows what true love is.

The word “Love” is so small that’s why humans used it so often. But if we go deep and search the pure meaning of this word then we will experience the True Eternal bliss which is far beyond words & expressions.

Thank you for sharing the poem of Rumi The poems of the butterflies.The first butterfly is wise. In true love do it like the first butterfly do not burn yourself do not be consumed by it. When you love take it easy find time for yourself and others and your love for the person to balance it. In true love do not burn yourself do not die for it. This reminds me of twinflame energies . If you are not careful you will be burn by it and you will die in the name of love . Be wise and not love to much give 50 percent Love for yourself and 50 percent love for the other person.

i guess what the poem is saying is that is you want to enjoy love, you have to put everything into it. It is the only way you can get everything that love has to offer in return.
