Go to Prisma, look for cleaning section and try to find Ceramic cleaning stone. It's very effective for cleaning such burns.
Also you can find frozen peas from frozen food zone ( no need to boil more than 2mins.. ) and never use extra virgin olive oil when frying food :D That oil is made for giving last kick on taste after food is served. When you use it for frying oil actually "burns" and can leave bad taste.
