Welcome to Appenzell Switzerland, simply cowbell country. According to legend, an angel was flying over the Appenzeller hills with a sack filled of houses. A sharp peak from the mountains tore a hole in the sack, and lots of chalets sprinkled over the Appenzell countryside. To this day, the farms and hamlets remain widely scattered, and the canton of Appenzell remains Switzerland's most traditional.
In the moo-mellow and storybook-friendly Appenzell region, you'll find the warm, intimate side of the land of staggering, icy Alps. With just one percent of Switzerland's territory and one percent of its population, the little canton of Appenzell stubbornly celebrates its way of life. A gentle beauty blankets this region of green, rolling hills, watched over by the 8,200-foot peak of Mount Säntis. As you travel, you'll enjoy an ever-changing parade of finely carved chalets, colorful villages, and cows moaning, "Milk me."

I'm always impressed with the wide open spaces in Appenzell. I yearn for stretching out on the vast grassland and dozing off.
Do some of those mountains look like they could have been buildings?

If it is real green then this is amazing but if someone clear me is that greenery real ❤
The greenery is real, this was taken in Spring (April) with new grass. There was some basic color grading done.
It is definitely a vibrant green in Appenzell! As the creator mentioned, it does appear to be enhanced, but I can testify that it is naturally a brilliant shade of green! No enhancing was really necessary.
