Hello everyone! Dee, I love your tutorials on iron work. I made the two pieces in the gray frames. I love love them! I did use a rope caulk to fill in the pieces of railing that had pieces missing. To make them look more rounded. I was having an issue getting the lines as smooth as I wanted so I just used some water and spackle then used a small stiff brush and touchedit on. When that dried I brushed on some black chalk paint then I took them outside and spray painted them. So the metal has a texture to it but it's not a lot of texture just enough to hide the differences LOL Thank you so much for sharing your tutorials with us!
Your diy videos are my VERY FAVORITE: Not only are you very gifted with your great, beautiful ideas....you get right to the point with your instructions.....and don’t make your viewers watch you do ‘each and every’ piece: you do the first time to show us, then tell us to repeat with the other pieces. I love the Wood Fence frames. The second set i would drape greenery throughout them. The 3rd set i love the most. Candles definitely.
