Welcome back to Dad Got This, where today, we’re diving headfirst into the Deadpool-approved world of chimichangas! Inspired by the epic Roosevelt's Deadpool Chimichanga shirt, we’re making crispy, cheesy, flavor-packed smoked chicken chimichangas that’ll make you say "chimichanga" just for fun. (Seriously, try it. Feels good, right?)
We’re firing up the Woodfire grill to smoke some peppers, onions, and garlic for a killer sauce, marinating chicken thighs in citrusy goodness, and wielding the closest thing I own to a sword because... Deadpool. Plus, I may or may not attempt a mid-air onion slice. (Spoiler: It was awesome.)
