This Broly seems more in control of his rage as opposed to DBS Broly. He does accidentally destroy things, it is full of conscious intent and purpose. It's too bad after this movie the writers of the next two Broly movies never fleshed out the character. Such wasted potential for the character to learn after the destruction of Planet Vegeta what tortures he was subjected to that made him so animalistic and crazy. DBZ Paragus is an unreliable narrator for sure.

Well broly isnt a canon character so we cant know who would win for sure but its more likely cell would win in his super perfect form and if broly crushed cell into billions of pieces he can regenerate and be even stronger brolys power does increase constantly but cell would probably just blow up the planet or just finish him with a huge attack and cell also knows alot of different techniques that would give him the upper hand broly is a strong character and one of my favourites but cell has a better chance of winning
