Bhakti movement started from south but get momentum in kashi (varanasi). Bhakti preach devotions and their scriptures in local languages, against of casteism and preach equality. Vaishnav sect of bhakti moment further divided into 2 sect. One believe omkar is nirankar (shapeless) and other believe omkar consist all shapes (Sakar). Nirankars stopped idol worship and directly worship god with words hari, gobind and ram like kabirdas, Ravidas, etc further sikhism started from this. Sakar sect do worship in idol form and follow many things of vedant but still against ritualistic brahmanical, meerabai, tulsidas, belongs to this. Both focused on kirtan, path, namjap, medidatation, seva instead of Havan, and other rituals.
Whole north India follow vaishnavite Bhakti philosophy like rajasthan, gujarat, punjab, haryana, UP, etc. bhakti is influenced by jainism and budhism as well that’s we find more vegetarian in these region.

There is many wrong informations in Jainism part :
Shwetambars also follow all 5 mahavrats, they just say 23rd Tirthankar Paravnath give 4 mahavrats Non violence, Truth, Non- stealing, non attachment (where chastity was included in 4th non attachment only),
While 24th Tirthankar give 5 mahavrats, added Chastity as separate Mahavrat in above 4.
    Shwetambars follow all 5 mahavrats.
Instead of images of Bhagwan Mahavir, and jain sangha, many of the images are of Gautam buddha and budhist sangha.
The story of Sects Division is also one-sided from Digambar point of view, whereas Shwetambars have different version and considers Badrabahu as Shwetambar monk only. (However authenticity of both versions is not verified from historians)
Mahavir was bron in 599 BCE, Indian govt issued 2600 years stamp in 2001.
There is no information about jain councils and all the topics presented lack information even from UPSE point of view.
Clearly made view without any research from first site search on google.

Yes it is a very poorly researched work.
Jainism was an important part of Gautam Siddhartha’s spiritual journey
      • After Gautam Siddhartha began his spiritual quest, for a period of time he lived the life of a Digambar Jain monk. Here he describes his practices:
“Sāriputta, I recall having practiced a spiritual path consisting of four factors. I used to be a fervent mortifier, the ultimate fervent mortifier. I used to live rough, the ultimate rough-liver. I used to live in disgust at sin, the ultimate one living in disgust at sin. I used to be secluded, in ultimate seclusion. And this is what my fervent mortification was like. I WENT NAKED, IGNORING CONVENTIONS. I LICKED MY HANDS [to eat food placed therein by others], and didn’t come or stop when asked. I DIDN’T CONSENT TO FOOD BROUGHT TO ME, OR FOOD PREPARED SPECIALLY FOR ME, OR AN INVITATION FOR A MEAL…. I ACCEPTED NO FISH OR MEAT OR LIQUOR OR WINE, AND DRANK NO BEER. I WENT TO JUST ONE HOUSE FOR ALMS, taking just one mouthful, or two houses and two mouthfuls…. I lived committed to the practice of eating food at set intervals. I ATE HERBS, MILLET, WILD RICE, POOR RICE, WATER LETTUCE, RICE BRAN, SCUM FROM BOILING RICE, SESAME FLOUR, GRASS, OR COW DUNG. I SURVIVED ON FOREST ROOTS AND FRUITS, OR EATING FALLEN FRUIT…. I TORE OUT HAIR AND BEARD, COMMITTED TO THIS PRACTICE. I CONSTANTLY STOOD, REFUSING SEATS. I SQUATTED, COMMITTED TO THE ENDEAVOR OF SQUATTING*…. And this is what my living in disgust of sin was like. I’D STEP FORWARD OR BACK EVER SO MINDFULLY. I WAS FULL OF PITY EVEN REGARDING A DROP OF WATER, THINKING: ‘MAY I NOT ACCIDENTALLY INJURE ANY LITTLE CREATURES THAT HAPPEN TO BE IN THE WRONG PLACE.’ Such was my living in disgust of sin….” - Majjhima Nikaya 12.44-64 (suttacentral.net/mn12/en/sujato?lang=en&layout=plain&reference=none¬es=asterisk&highlight=false&script=latin ) (emphasis added)
      • Some of the details (“cow dung”, etc.) seem exaggerated, but the similarities to Jain monasticism are abundantly clear
      • Though he was a strict vegetarian during this early phase of his journey (see passage above), later as Buddha the teacher he sometimes ate meat
      - Eating meat might have caused his death at age 80 when he ate sukara maddava, translated by some Buddhist scholars as “soft pork”

I totally disagree with this video in context of jainism. I mean first of all the creator used Lord Buddha's picture to showcase jain tirthankar. What is this???? And on the top of this, they compiled jainism in just 6 minutes. You have chosen to explain two big topics you could have the second part of this video but you just sent for single video. Not properly informative. 😢

Idk, why Hindus want to be happy always by incorporating Buddhism and Jainism into their Hinduism. Hindus believe in God, but Buddhists and Jains do not. So why do Hindus always want to claim them as their branch. Why did they destroy Buddhism in India, take over Buddhist temples, now try to convert modern Buddhists to their religion? By incarnating Buddha, destroying Buddhism, where their own religion originated.Main point is that Buddhism is a completely different religion from Hinduism. So it is better not to compare Buddhism with Hinduism.🤧
