THanks to LegandOP for making a video about this in November of 2023. Never heard of this game. Might not have even played it. But MAN does this look fun! You know what would be Killer? If someone made a real Malibu like grand prix Go Cart Track with these effects in it real time while the race was going on!
Man, I got to get myself to Asia so I can build some of this stuff. Can you imagine the fun you would have doing this for real?
Man. Its LONG overdue!
Also, I got to get a copy of this game to try out with the wheel. Found the acrade cabinet for just $1600.00!
I might have to pick this up!

I think I recognized that area of Tokyo at 15:10. It was used in that chase scene from The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift!

One rule of R-Tuned Ultimate Street Racing: Always pick a Japanese sports car that is not FF and don't pull the shift level at all costs. That way you can maximize your boost when activating the boost button.

You can change the language by changing the PCB and Dongle regions of R-Tuned, same goes for the Sega Lindbergh.
