I have watched all your videos you don’t talk abt the radiator or starter or what you have to do for the build it’s just what you did show us how to do it plz
There is not really much to say about the starter and radiator. The radiator is a YFZ450 radiator and you have to change the elbows on the WR motor to the elbows that come on the YFZ. They basically point to different angles. YFZ radiator hoses will line up.
As far as the wire harness goes, I started off with the WR 450 harness. And I utilize the starting system from there. I got two schematics, one for each machine, and I feel that all I did was tap into some wires to run power to the fan and the thermostat sensor. That was about all. Unfortunately, I don’t have the machine anymore to go look. It was a headache but doable. Once you unloom it all, it looks messy. I placed the unloved harness on the machine to ensure everything reached, then I taped it all up.
