Gst are of mainly 3 types. 1) cgst:a) cgst stands for central gst. b) this is applicable on supplies within state. C) Tax collected will be shared to the center. 2)sgst: a) sgst stands for state gst.(now it is famous also as utgst) b) this is applicable on supplies within state. C) tax collected will be shared to state. 3) igst:a) igst stands for integrated gst. b)this is applicable on interstate and import gst. C) Tax collected is shared between state and centre. That's all.
Madam if Bihar Deputy CM is so busy and unable to get proper and sufficient information IRDA regarding GST on health insurance it is better for him to quit from his post. I request you not to take this type of lame excuses from highly responsible authorities. You may address press not to create speculate by media yes it is very good but you also don't give chance to speculate by delaying the decision because of data not supplied by authorities but you put some time stipulation and finalise the decision.
