I just got a Z422 from Kubota of Hermitage, pa. So far my Customer service has been excellent. I left the place looking like a Kubota NASCAR driver from the hats and Tshirts they gave me. Delivery was fast and on time. Hopefully first service and repairs will go as well. So far very satisfied with the deal.I chose Kubota for dealership support 😊
Having had a Craftsman 1000 kholer for many years and still running but it's time to upgrade. After lots of TH-cam and Google and physical researching I went to a FERRIS Dealership TOPS. In my area Harlingen TX according to them nobody has any 42" or 48" available not even the warehouse, they'll have to be made and it'll take around 2 to 6 months to a year. 8-5 Hrs of operation and they're always jammed with people needing service but they don't can't help anybody. TERRIBLE customer service so just imagine trying to get parts or maintenance. Stopped at a KUBOTA and customer service was fast attentive huge store and fully stocked organized plus they have many Kubota locations everywhere. 4 year warranty too. Bought the KUBOTA 42" Z232 Kawasaki zero turn with free delivery next day. Very happy with SERVICE and feel confident about continuing business with Kubota and will be buying more from them .
I know everybody has their favorites but I'm sold on Kabota products and have been for many years. I expect dependability out of commercial Products because it's how I make money. If I ever suspect that quality is an issue I'll move on in a hurry.
I want one! Kubota makes a great product. My BX2360 tractor is one of the best homeowner investments I ever made. I’m just curious what’s better the Briggs, Kohler or Kawasaki engine?
What is the smallest deck width that a Kubota Zero turn mower is provided with. Do they sell customer spec mowers where the customer specifies type and style engine Ect.
Hi Lester. The smallest deck we have on a zero turn is 42" which comes on the Z231KW-42 model. Kubota doesn't offer the ability to spec out your own model but is very diligent with matching up HP with deck size.

Same here. My grandpa always used Kubotas and they have never had an issue that I know of. I would definitely pick them over any other brand.
Does Kubota make a striping and mulching kit for these? Or do you have to look for aftermarket

How about just buy a quality mower and get a Z500 series john deere
I've had John Deere and Kubota and I'll take Kubota any day over a JD. Just my opinion.
