I started consistently watching The Real two years ago and fell in love with it, the hosts and everything they represent. I didn’t even know Tamar was ever on the show until I saw her interview with Wendy. Catching up on TH-cam and seeing previous seasons she was on, I think it’s good she left with her negative energy.
They genuinely liked her and wanted to resurface the hurt by asking her what's wrong. I have had an experience like them and I was more than eager to have that person back in my life after they apologized only to go back in the dust after she left me again.

I feel really bad for the ladies of The Real. They've all been very honest and transparent about their lives and the Tamar situation and to constantly be attacked in the media by someone you used to share a table with and someone who you were close friends with must really hurt. You can tell by Loni's voice and Jeannie's (hilarious) facial expression (honestly she was SUCH a mood) that they are still hurt and upset by what she said and the insinuations she made. Anyone who is truly a fan of the show knows the hosts could and would never do that to Tamar. She actually used to be my favorite member of the show and when she left, they struggled to find their footing a little bit. I honestly thought the show would suffer, but they got it together and are now better and stronger than ever. Keep doing you, and ignore anyone that has a problem with it.

I started consistently watching The Real two years ago and fell in love with it, the hosts and everything they represent. I didn’t even know Tamar was ever on the show until I saw her interview with Wendy. Catching up on TH-cam and seeing previous seasons she was on, I think it’s good she left with her negative energy.

I feel really bad for the ladies of The Real. They've all been very honest and transparent about their lives and the Tamar situation and to constantly be attacked in the media by someone you used to share a table with and someone who you were close friends with must really hurt. You can tell by Loni's voice and Jeannie's (hilarious) facial expression (honestly she was SUCH a mood) that they are still hurt and upset by what she said and the insinuations she made. Anyone who is truly a fan of the show knows the hosts could and would never do that to Tamar. She actually used to be my favorite member of the show and when she left, they struggled to find their footing a little bit. I honestly thought the show would suffer, but they got it together and are now better and stronger than ever. Keep doing you, and ignore anyone that has a problem with it.

It's not so much of an actual invite to the SHOW, but it's just showing Tamar (and the public) that there's no bad blood, and she's welcomed in their hearts. They know she won't actually take up the invite, but they want her to know that they hold no grudges.

I can't imagine one producer having more power than the others..not to mention Tamar's Tamar's husband at the time Vince was an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER if anybody should have known a firing was coming it should have been him! I just think we people are in toxic situations that spew out toxins...once you really find peace, happiness, and love you in turn spread that..so all of Tamar's antics show me number that she is the reason she was fired (the horrible attitude and drama) and two that she isn't completely happy in her life now.
