Adam TheUberPunisher In current competitive play Standard Format all cards from sets BW Boundaries Crossed to XY Roaring Skies are legal except for Lysandre's Trump Card which was banned June 15th in both the US and Japan. If you don't know all the sets in between it goes Boundaries Crossed, Plasma Storm, Plasma Freeze, Plasma Blast, Legendary Treasures (also all cards in the "Radant Collection" subset found in all LT packs), XY Base, Flashfire, Furious Fists, Phantom Forces, Primal Clash, and Roaring Skies.
yes but the person asked for standard format card sets, which does not include BW base, Emerging Powers, Noble Victories, Next Destinies, Dark Explorers (sadly, my favorite set ever released), or Dragons Exalted, which were all legal in the format of the video.
Time2Warp Actually after this year Expanded Format is getting cancelled as well as Unlimited Format due to the difficulty of conflicting rulings at all the tournaments held, which is sad because Expanded Format at least is definitely much more fun to play in compared to Standard as it allows for more strategy and new concepts to be used instead of the same decks being played over and over again.
!!! It's so good to see Pooka again!!!...Jwitz is incredibly awesoke as well, but it's been soooo long since we've seen Pooka. Hope everything is going swell with the job with Pokemon man =)

Seems like just putting 4 water energy into the desk would be worth it to get access to Grenade Hammer. Even if you wanted to QP throughout the game, it would give you a big hit for a final knockout on the last price. Plus if you ran 1 DC and 2 water it would give you protection against an energy discard. But hey....
