So much fun omg that chocolate cookie thing! The Barbie cafe had so many dolls in a little place. Salads in cups are so smart. I think it was the early 2000s that USA MC ds had salad shaekrs! I used to get it all the time, it gave me the idea when I made my own in regular bowls I put in the dressing and shook with a lid. I would love to eat at other countries' mcdonalds but I don't travel nowdays so I may never :).
