I always do my eye makeup first so that they don’t water and stuff doesn’t fall in my cream concealer/foundation. Biggest tip is to use waterproof liner & mascara and an eyelid primer so the watery eyes don’t completely wreck your makeup efforts!

A better trick for white eyes is lumify eye drops! I swear by those!
Oh absolutely! They’re magical! I keep those drops in my makeup artistry kit now for bridal parties that had too much “fun” the night before 🙃
