Rough translation
My wife goes to work (paddo=harvesting coconuts) in the morning
So I have to do all the cooking
(Then-after) She goes to Tavern to get pain relief
And come home all shaking
Wife finds no excuse to fight with (me) husband
So she fights with neighbours whole night
Coconut pluckers first make yelling sound (to call attention)
Ladies buttock swollen by carrying heavy baskets (of coconuts) on their heads
Our coconut plucking (harvesting) going on at Majorda Panchayat
And she is waiting at Utorda gate (Railway)
How beautiful our Goa used to be
Now some people have spoilt it
You now eat dry mackerel para (idiom)

Senti imensas saudades da minha infância quando ia em grupo com os patrícios para assistir teatro ao ar livre que faziam na altura, pois eu sou goes do coração e alma e que está muito longe desde 1962 em Portugal, quando acabei de ouvir e ver estas imagens as lágrimas começaram a aparecer na minha face das saudades da minha mocidade que era pura. Lembrem-se que a nossa cultura goesa que é muita rica em todos os aspectos, a Goa é dos goeses e de mais ninguém e continuará a ser dos goeses.
