Looks like a Komatsu HD785. From 1993, two joint ventures were formed with Cummins; Komatsu Cummins Engine Corporation (KCEC) to manufacture Cummins engines in Japan, and the Cummins Komatsu Engine Corporation (CKEC) to manufacture Komatsu engines in the United States.
I was thinking iron ore, looked like it's a bit red to me. I'm somewhat colorblind though. In the description it has a hashtag mentioning iron ore. I imagine multiple metals could be in certain ores and seams. It would make sense to me that there could be some gold ore there as well.
