I love AMA and am so thankful that Landon and others are making this happen! It is increasing my appetite and desire to go deeper into scripture. THANK YOU! It might be helpful in another channel or series to go into a bit more depth on the major differences between Mormonism and Christianity. I've seen it touched on in a number of Mission videos. I have a quite a few Mormon friends, filled with love for Christ and bearing fruit. God is working through their lives in positive ways even though our theological differences aren't something to be ignored. While the differences between Mormonism and Christianity are important and not to be swept under a rug, I think there is opportunity to love our Mormon friends with grace without watering down the truth, without dunking on them, and without relinquishing gate keeping that aligns with cannon. I see a huge potential in learning how to lovingly communicate with our Mormon brothers and sisters in a way that brings us together rather than driving us apart.
Nathan, I love what you are saying about suffering.I appreciate your honesty because I think it all comes down to his understanding that it is unsearchable. There are things we won't have answers for here. The Lord answers so many things for me when I ask, but for some things, I am simply reminded his ways are higher than mine. This week, it was loud and clear that I heard faith is required, but if you know everything, what would faith be for? I just want to know all the things, lol.. don't we all.
why did it think it was Kurt Cobain
Absolutely love this content! AMA sit downs are so entertaining. This episode and your episode with Elijah got me through a road trip. Thanks!
Thanks for addressing the salvation question! This whole conversation ministered to me greatly. Thanks, pastor!
