I'm new to DrSquatch and bar soap in general, so theres one thing i dont really understand yet. when it comes to gritty bars, does the grit come off and you can still lather it off rubbing between your hands, or do you need to directly rub it on your body?
It’s generally better to use the bar itself. If you don’t because of something like grip, I recommend using their soap gripper and cutting it in half. You could also use shower gloves, sponges, and loofas for the exfoliating properties
The gritty bars lather the same as the zero grits, you're meant to put it directly on your skin, but you can use a cloth or whatever else if you like. The grits throughout the whole bar and will come off as you use it but it'll wash away just like the rest of the lather
I think the scent to me reminds me of Gain Laundry Detergent. But, not what I expected to be a replacement. To me, the surprise re-release was the choccy milk as it has been improved a lot so much so i stocked up on it.
I just used the bar my first time a couple of minutes ago and I like the bar overall and the scent is very fresh and minty and my skin is very smooth, i just finished up liberty lather and I think it's a better bricc than that.

Man I love it when frickcast sounds excited again. Also, someone saying choccy milk is new and improved. I was truly gonna give up on trying any new bars other then Snowy pine tar when it comes back out. Too many disappointments other then Free Solo Club lately maybe things are turning back around. Don’t get me wrong love Pine Tar, Coconut, Aloe, wood barrel, fresh falls and don’t tell frickcast I even like birchwood breeze(I know he hates that one). Kept hearing this or that soap was better years ago. When I got soaps like eucalyptus yogurt and it had no scent whatsoever(until it sat near spearmint basil!!!) I guess is the reason it got whacked. Speaking of spearmint basil(the most powerful and it ruined my grapefruit ipa as well), never knew I hated spearmint till I tried it. But that one really grew on me because if you need to be woken up in the morning it’s your bar. I guess what I’m saying is I’m excited now too and will continue to try new bars because of this review.
I’ve been using this one on my face and it works the same if not better than the face washes for clearing acne.

This bar soap is amazing. I’m currently taking a shower with it. It is great. It smells like men cologne to me.
I enjoyed using Rainforest Rapids.
One of my top 5 bars from them. Love this scent. I even went with their deodorant in the same scent.

I think Squatch killed it with this one. It last on the skin too which is awesome especially for a regular.
