No, there's actually a menu of things in the touch screen, where you can summon a helper (2 points), a temporary speed boost (8 points), a maximum health heal (10 points), and a mach tornado attack, which could oneshot any boss (30 points)
Bro used a glitch to have infinite health in Return to Dreamland 💀
I already explained this before: this is meant to be a demonstration between the fights in each game appearances for Galact knight, and I have admitted to using cheats, and have had a hard time trying to reach Galacta Knight legitmately.

I've never played super star ultra and all the gameplay video refuse to die so I've never seen meta knight die in this game and all I have to say is..

yeah I didn't mean to use Infinite Health in the KRDL fight but dude its genuinely hard to reach Galacta Knight in True Arena mode and this video was only meant to showcase the differences between the GK fights in terms of movesets and appearances, but yeah I did cheat admittedly.

I would when Switch emulation would get better so I can capture it in 60 FPS on 1080p (which the Switch can only do at 720p or 1080p but with 30 FPS).
