Your Seedrake is not Anomaly. Thorn Slam lowers your melee attack after everytime you use it, but Anomaly reverts that effect to make you gain a melee attack boost.
rally energy surge from protogon to baby whimpors with stratusoar being rally leader, then set whimpor as rally leader and stratusoar as rally assistant and stratusoar will get energy surge if theres an empty move slot

Actually it can change ability because when I battle use clutch stratusoar it got 1 shot in full health
