हम सभी को प्रकृति से ये सीखने की जरूरत है कि अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिए केवल मौसमी सब्जी ही खानी और उगानी चाहिए जिससे कीटनाशक का इस्तेमाल बहुत कम करना पड़ेगा उदाहरण पत्ता गोभी प्राकृतिक रूप से ठंडक में उगता है तब पत्ते खाने वाले कीड़े होते ही नही है और जब इसे गर्मियों में उगाया जाता है तो कीड़े बहुत ज्यादा होते हैं और इसे कीटनाशक स्नान रोज करवाया जाता है 🙏
