SV. The bells lying in half circle and the Chaplain in Chief of the R.A.F., Cannon A. S. Giles standing, looking at the bells. CU. Bell with name written inside "William". LV. Canon Giles reading at microphone with bells set out before him and other church officials standing around. CU. Girl in crowd looking upwards. AS. Showing RAF flag and the steeple. AS. Board reading "This historic church St. Clement Danes in the Strand is to be rebuilt as the church of the Royal Air Force". AS. Spire, pan down to show roof being reconstructed. LV. Through mass of scaffolding, pan down showing more work being done. LV. The Chaplain standing reading before crowd. SV. Chaplain Giles reading. Natural sound: "I dedicate these bells... ...amen." CU. Sir Dermont Boyle handing out oranges and lemons to kiddies, bells still ringing. SV. Mr Hughes still banging away. GV. Large crowd watching. CU. Miss Dinah Wilson 80 year old flower girl, looking on. SV. Mr Hughes still banging and being joined by another man to bang on the finale. CU. Bell being banged. LV. Mr Hughes still banging and his friend starts banging.
