Recently i was asking myself, i have the knowledge of the Word, i have been so much studying, reading books and even listening to my favorite preachers and still feel dry and felt like i cant experience what im learning, its all head knowledge, but now i realize, we must give way to our Spirit. We must let the Spirit of God reign in us and our spirit be connected to God through fasting. Now i know, this is what lackimg in me. Thank you Pastor. God bless you!

This is great...Thank you for this teaching. Our church is in what they call a Daniel fast. That does not work for me and this teaching has shedded new light. I need to engage fasting that meets the needs of my spirit in Jesus name. Thank you...God bless you. Our God is awesome!!! Thanks for this post. God bless you Pastor Paul and Calvary Chapel.

    42:11 Luke5:39
I was just reminded that in Ephesians 5:18 it reads, Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit,
Coming to think that the older the wine the more alcoholic content and bitter it would have and new wine in this case would be sweet. I just felt the Lord just remind me that I need to be filled with His Spirit and delight in Him.

The chain on the wallet of bikers is to deter the wallet from being vibrated out of the pants pocket when riding their bikes on the roads. Not a deter to theft. Although that works too.

Proverbs 3:5-6 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight

As Levi gave up his gentile employment with connections, we too should start to give up (fast) our Roman-based government's connection to social media. You will find yourself a much more peaceful person who can listen to the gospel.

33:10 Does that mean apostasy can be fixed?
Meaning, if according to the verse 39- a person mistakenly slided back to the law. Then studied, found out what happened, and he fasts and prays for the Lord to came back and now remain in Him no matter what?
Does Jesus say that if you chose the old white foolishly you can repent of it?
