Crime check foundation there’s a story I would like you to follow up. It’s very sad. There’s a disabled woman at Nsawam female prisons who needs your help.

He could have used the money he used for alcohol to buy the spray and kill the bugs in his mattress. He might have a behaviour problem, cos for someone to just been released from prison, a place where he had to sleep on bare floors and jam up like sardines with other inmates to come home and quarrel with your sister cos of bug infested tsatsa and destroy her property with it. I don't think he will ever change if he gets released again, his tone of voice is quite irritating and intimidating, can't imagine when he gets mad what his voice will sound like ... dangerous. I think he should move away from his sister and find a place far from her.

I really respect ur work Mr Ibrahim and Crime Check Team but this kind of captioning is very misleading. How can you say a sister jailed his brother the second time. His sister is not the court or judiciary. I know you want a clickbait but someone might sue ur institution one day. This is the same thing you did to John Painstil and he was really angry with you. Sometimes you need to be a bit cautious and put yourself in the shoes of those you are trying to tarnish. Please just be mindful of some of these captions

Thank you. But note this! The prosecution process involves many stakeholders; the most central are plaintiffs who initiate the action to seek reliefs. Without them, there is no sentence in many legal contexts.. That is why a judge’s decision to convict an accused person usually resonates with the claims of the plaintiff who first initiates the action. So without the plaintiff who begins the action to punish, the judge cannot convict in a vacuum. That is why when a plaintiff is aggrieved, they usually tell the accused person, that they will jail them. Yes they are right because without their action, judges will have less power.

@@CrimeCheckTvGh1 yea i agree that is the plaintiff who has to make complaints to the court regarding issues but also, it is due to the court to see what kind of punishment can be meted out to the defendant when found guilty with the necessary pieces of evidence at stake. Therefore, the power of sentencing lies in the hands of the court and the jury. So please no plaintiff can jail nobody it is the judiciary who has the final say so ur caption is still misleading, what u can do with the caption is to say' a sister dragged her brother to the court once again" this is my two cents because ur platform is also to educate the public not to tarnish other people's images because they took the right channel to seek redress for things done against them. If you keep up with captions like this then you are inversely putting fear and panic in people going to the court to seek redress for wrongdoings done to them by friends and family members. I feel like you are shaming people for taking matters to court to get the right judgements for thier cases. This is the same thing that happened to pizzaman when he dragged the two employees thst stole chicken from his establishment to collapse his business. I remember a whole abeiku santana came bashing him that he gave 5 years jail sentence to them over a common chicken as if pizzamna was the judge who sentenced those thieves. A lot of ghanaians really came for him and he retracted his statement and apologized. U see ghanaians are the same peoole who want the laws to work but if the same law punishes an offender then it becomes the talk of town and plaintiffs are usually dragged in matters like this. Please u are a professional and millions are watching u ,so do the right thing amd educate the public. I have bn watching u for more than 5 years especially when Atsu was alive. Is because of captions like this that i backed off. U are actually shaming the lady
