    Perfect recipe for beginners, tried it exactly and it's one of the best pulav I ever had and made.
    If you dont mind i have a small doubt on enameled cookware, is it normal to see expansion lines which are really minute, because i had experienced it.

      Should not get lines if you have invested in good quality
      Many fake exists in the market

    Excellent dishes u have made for Sunday. Yes u r right, bay leaves r kirumi Nasini. U can add in every grocery ingredients. Even in chennai I am putting these leaves in all of my grocery items, like rice, millets, wheat flour, maida, besan like wise. Very useful one.

    Hi Nee, Can you please share your review about Lodge dutch oven. Some are saying enameled cookware is not good for health etc.. can you please share your thoughts.
    Also how do we know if the tawa is not good for making dosai. I am using cast iron tava. Sorry to bother you with so many questions. Thanks

    This pandan leaf here in uae ,lot of keralite people use in der non veg dish …this gives a good fragrance like biryani …I buy and freeze wen I c in market…what is the size of your pot ? I do have a lecruicet red colour 3 q pot …this looks bigger..
