JM looked upset. JK looked like he was trying to find some sign of truce. Can definitely feel the heartache between the two. There's a vid from when they were really young. JK recalled a fight he and JM had. JM had forgotten the fight, but JK recalled that JM got upset and walked away, only to get a call from JK who's crying and apologizing. There are vids of JK attached/admire RM, Tae, Jin and JM. His heart seemed so pure. He was soooo young and it seemed like trainee days were really rough that they didn't get to see family for a very long time (?) Imagine how alone, lonely and in need of love, affection, support going through a time of great trials and frustrations. BTS back then were just seven children/strangers thrown together into a pressure cooker. In a sense, they were "in the soup." They all went through that, but there's something about JK that was especially heartbreaking, like he was more vulnerable because he was so very young. They debuted when he was 15, but he trained for two years, which means he joined Big Hit when he was 13. How much interaction did he really have with the outside world back then, or even his family, during his most formative years? He said that the hyungs raised him. JM and Tae are the next youngest, being two years older than JK. JM, although the same age as Tae, did not have the same self-confidence, so he was also trying to find his footing. He seemed to have more life experience than JK, but emotionally they were both tender. How beautiful that they supported each other and in the process transformed each other. They are so strong now, together and individually. Hope they are happy and that fans/public and Hybe are good to them. They have earned it and deserve their hearts' desires.
@@mumsrbest I don't know when I'll muster enough oomph to watch the Dinner. When "Hiatus" trended, immediately my mind can see JK and JM crying; they LOVE performing. On stage, with their BTS brothers, for ARMY, is where these precious, shy spirits find their happy. But, life does go on, and that hard dancing takes its toll on the body. Jin and then the older members will have to enlist soon. I'm sure they want to find their special loves, have families, etc. (I wouldn't be surprised if they've had "no dating" in their contracts.)

This looks like the final break through of when they both realized they needed each other. This absolutely wasnt the Jimim or Jungkook we know, whatever it may be. Is in the past and understandable fights happen and that makes them stronger. I know i would have loved to have been that fly on the wall the night they made up. I think the issue had to do with JK’s lack of emotion (mostly his lack of verbal expression) and JM’s naturally flirtatious personality. It took them awhile to feel trust in each other’s true feelings. I don’t believe either one actually DID something to the other.
I always say JK is dominant, but the word is intense. He has a way of making you feel him and Jimini felt him the way he quickly sat straight up to get out of JK's gaze when RM was speaking at the table...

Wasnt this when jungkook was mad at jimin because of his extreme diet at the time. And jungkook said something like if jimin doesnt eat then he wont either, which obviously made them both upset with each other. There’s more to this story. After JK ignores Jimin crouching down in front in him ,Jimin can barely stand up. When the lights go down Jimin wipes tears. During another song Jimin tries to get JK’s attention but gets obviously purposely ignored. Jimin trues the next day but still JK is cold. There’s footage of Jimin with his microphone up not singing yet his recorded voice sings (showing lip syncing which is normal during some performances). Followed by staff coming into the stage to escort Jimin back stage. They make up in the end.

Yet another video of the supposed jikook love affair, but there's not a single bit of evidence of anything but some blurry pictures. There's faces looking at something but there's no real indication that two people are ever looking at each other. If they're mad or upset at each other, there's no talking to e/o that would show it. All we see here is a bunch of comments saying this or that is going on with nothing in the video to back that up.

All of them are sad and heartbroken. This is the exact situation when Taehyung just received the news that his beloved grandmother had died. None of them wanted to be there and most of that Tae but he and all of them are so professional. I really don't think this had anything to do with any conflict between Jimin and JK.

I watched this video a number of times and I've also read a few comments here, certainly not all of them but I do have a theory of what happened between Jung Kook and Jimin. Let me preface this by saying I have been a BTS Army ever since I saw them performing, Butter at the Grammy's in 2022. It was hook, line and sinker for me. Yes, I am still a newbie but I've tried to learn a lot about them and lord knows I've watched an endless number of YT videos. With regards to this particular fight video, it was mentioned that even though V's grandmother had just died, he made the difficult decision to carry on with the concert, as did the rest of BTS. I believe that Jimin (being the kind soul that he obviously is) offered V some emotional support and perhaps a shoulder to lean on during his grieving process. If I'm not mistaken, V grew up living with his grandparents, so it could equate to the loss of a parent to him. So, I've seen enough videos to know that Jung Kook has a bit of a jealous streak when it comes to Jimin. I think because Jimin was offering his support to V, this might have made Jung Kook a bit uneasy with his feelings (especially of jealousy) and I think he and Jimin probably argued about the amount of time that he was perhaps spending with V to console him. I believe Jimin got fed up with him for that and told Jung Kook that he wanted to "take a break with their relationship" for the time being. This would explain the song he posted with the lyrics at 1:23 where it says "Please come back to me". Jung Kook was obviously was very upset that Jimin "walked away" after they exchanged words and this devastated Jung Kook to the point that he posted this song bringing attention to the lyrics and we could see that he didn't sleep much after that. We all know that Jung Kook pays a lot of attention to the meaning of lyrics, so this song was a message to Jimin. He wanted Jimin to come back to him. They avoided each other at the airport. That was crystal clear. When they were in Manila giving that press junket and all lined up while introducing themselves, you could FEEL the tension between the two of them. You also have to notice that V is clear across and sitting on the other end, away from Jung Kook and Jimin. He obviously knew what was going on and didn't want to further aggravate an already testy situation. While they're all standing there, RM firmly puts his hands on both Jimin and Jung Kook's necks because he can feel the tension and he was trying to diffuse it. I'm sure that the rest of the group knew what was going on as well. Now look at them when they all sit down and begin talking with the media. At the 6:34 mark, you can see how intently Jung Kook is staring at Jimin and at the 6:37 mark, Jimin notices this and that's when it appears as though Jimin starts to get angry. He is very uncomfortable and if you watch closely, you can see that while he's sitting there (almost to the point of tears) that at the 6:40 mark, Jimin moves around a bit in his chair and then uses his body to push himself into the back of the chair so that he's actually sitting a bit further back than what he initially was and now RM is actually providing a bit of a shield or buffer by blocking Jimin from Jung Kook's gaze. Jung Kook definitely notices that he is no longer able to plainly see Jimin and he begins to make that nervous movement he makes with his mouth during those times when he's upset. You can notice that when Jimin moves around a bit after that, Jung Kook's eyes quickly follow him and then he looks away. Some time passes and now the video shows them standing and talking to the crowd before they start singing. The crowd is cheering and Jimin and Jung Kook are giving each other some light glances. They are obviously trying to be professional and putting their emotions aside as best they can while they entertain the crowd in Manila. It's possible that someone gave them a talking-to as well. Jimin even motions to Jung Kook for some water, which he passes to him as if nothing is wrong. The concert goes on and you can see Jung Kook gazing at Jimin while they're crouched down. I think they both realized that they needed to talk afterwards and Jimin being the older of the two appears to almost offer Jung Kook an olive brand. He even smiles a bit at Jung Kook. Like I said, this is just MY interpretation of what I think happened. Nobody will ever know except those two and the other members. They obviously got over whatever it was that caused their rift. ❤ It was not enough to break them but it sure was enough to shake them.

He was soooo young and it seemed like trainee days were really rough that they didn't get to see family for a very long time (?) Imagine how alone, lonely and in need of love, affection, support going through a time of great trials and frustrations. BTS back then were just seven children/strangers thrown together into a pressure cooker. In a sense, they were "in the soup." They all went through that, but there's something about JK that was especially heartbreaking, like he was more vulnerable because he was so very young. They debuted when he was 15, but he trained for two years, which means he joined Big Hit when he was 13. How much interaction did he really have with the outside world back then, or even his family, during his most formative years? He said that the hyungs raised him. JM and Tae are the next youngest, being two years older than JK. JM, although the same age as Tae, did not have the same self-confidence, so he was also trying to find his footing. He seemed to have more life experience than JK, but emotionally they were both tender. How beautiful that they supported each other and in the process transformed each other. They are so strong now, together and individually. Hope they are happy and that fans/public and Hybe are good to them. They have earned it and deserve their hearts' desires.

On stage, with their BTS brothers, for ARMY, is where these precious, shy spirits find their happy. But, life does go on, and that hard dancing takes its toll on the body. Jin and then the older members will have to enlist soon. I'm sure they want to find their special loves, have families, etc. (I wouldn't be surprised if they've had "no dating" in their contracts.)

I think the issue had to do with JK’s lack of emotion (mostly his lack of verbal expression) and JM’s naturally flirtatious personality. It took them awhile to feel trust in each other’s true feelings. I don’t believe either one actually DID something to the other.

There’s more to this story. After JK ignores Jimin crouching down in front in him ,Jimin can barely stand up. When the lights go down Jimin wipes tears. During another song Jimin tries to get JK’s attention but gets obviously purposely ignored. Jimin trues the next day but still JK is cold. There’s footage of Jimin with his microphone up not singing yet his recorded voice sings (showing lip syncing which is normal during some performances). Followed by staff coming into the stage to escort Jimin back stage.

All of them are sad and heartbroken. This is the exact situation when Taehyung just received the news that his beloved grandmother had died. None of them wanted to be there and most of that Tae but he and all of them are so professional. I really don't think this had anything to do with any conflict between Jimin and JK.

I watched this video a number of times and I've also read a few comments here, certainly not all of them but I do have a theory of what happened between Jung Kook and Jimin.
Let me preface this by saying I have been a BTS Army ever since I saw them performing, Butter at the Grammy's in 2022. It was hook, line and sinker for me. Yes, I am still a newbie but I've tried to learn a lot about them and lord knows I've watched an endless number of YT videos.
With regards to this particular fight video, it was mentioned that even though V's grandmother had just died, he made the difficult decision to carry on with the concert, as did the rest of BTS. I believe that Jimin (being the kind soul that he obviously is) offered V some emotional support and perhaps a shoulder to lean on during his grieving process. If I'm not mistaken, V grew up living with his grandparents, so it could equate to the loss of a parent to him.
So, I've seen enough videos to know that Jung Kook has a bit of a jealous streak when it comes to Jimin.
I think because Jimin was offering his support to V, this might have made Jung Kook a bit uneasy with his feelings (especially of jealousy) and I think he and Jimin probably argued about the amount of time that he was perhaps spending with V to console him.
I believe Jimin got fed up with him for that and told Jung Kook that he wanted to "take a break with their relationship" for the time being. This would explain the song he posted with the lyrics at 1:23 where it says "Please come back to me". Jung Kook was obviously was very upset that Jimin "walked away" after they exchanged words and this devastated Jung Kook to the point that he posted this song bringing attention to the lyrics and we could see that he didn't sleep much after that. We all know that Jung Kook pays a lot of attention to the meaning of lyrics, so this song was a message to Jimin. He wanted Jimin to come back to him.
They avoided each other at the airport. That was crystal clear.
When they were in Manila giving that press junket and all lined up while introducing themselves, you could FEEL the tension between the two of them. You also have to notice that V is clear across and sitting on the other end, away from Jung Kook and Jimin. He obviously knew what was going on and didn't want to further aggravate an already testy situation. While they're all standing there, RM firmly puts his hands on both Jimin and Jung Kook's necks because he can feel the tension and he was trying to diffuse it. I'm sure that the rest of the group knew what was going on as well.
Now look at them when they all sit down and begin talking with the media. At the 6:34 mark, you can see how intently Jung Kook is staring at Jimin and at the 6:37 mark, Jimin notices this and that's when it appears as though Jimin starts to get angry. He is very uncomfortable and if you watch closely, you can see that while he's sitting there (almost to the point of tears) that at the 6:40 mark, Jimin moves around a bit in his chair and then uses his body to push himself into the back of the chair so that he's actually sitting a bit further back than what he initially was and now RM is actually providing a bit of a shield or buffer by blocking Jimin from Jung Kook's gaze.
Jung Kook definitely notices that he is no longer able to plainly see Jimin and he begins to make that nervous movement he makes with his mouth during those times when he's upset. You can notice that when Jimin moves around a bit after that, Jung Kook's eyes quickly follow him and then he looks away.
Some time passes and now the video shows them standing and talking to the crowd before they start singing. The crowd is cheering and Jimin and Jung Kook are giving each other some light glances. They are obviously trying to be professional and putting their emotions aside as best they can while they entertain the crowd in Manila. It's possible that someone gave them a talking-to as well. Jimin even motions to Jung Kook for some water, which he passes to him as if nothing is wrong.
The concert goes on and you can see Jung Kook gazing at Jimin while they're crouched down.
I think they both realized that they needed to talk afterwards and Jimin being the older of the two appears to almost offer Jung Kook an olive brand. He even smiles a bit at Jung Kook.
Like I said, this is just MY interpretation of what I think happened. Nobody will ever know except those two and the other members.
They obviously got over whatever it was that caused their rift. ❤
It was not enough to break them but it sure was enough to shake them.

I notice RM separates the ones having a problem by sitting in between them. JiMin is pretty and sweet. Jungkook seems very strong.
