Well, it's often depends on the taste of the person, if you like ecchi and fantasy animes like Zero no Tsukaima, then you will probably like this one.

can someone tell what the anime is about? looked pretty cool
It's a very good anime but there are a lot of nudity in it. It's about a bunch of students from the academy trying to become a dragonar.

I found it medicre with too much of tentacle inuendos and over the top fanservice (I do not mind fn service and ecchi, but it was a bit too much here, and they could have just made hentai with that quantity XD )
