What’s crazy is I only reached out for a closure. I don’t want them back at all. Them being so avoidant to even close a chapter in a decent way is what’s so sad. I know they want it too but almost like the finality of it would be too much so they just wanna avoid it at all costs. I don’t need the closure to move on but it would’ve been a nice farewell. Either way, I really do wish them the best it just won’t ever be with me.
