@Shura-z2d yes it does I've done it in the past three games. One of the most satisfying things was completing the final platinum challenge last game and watching dark matter pop up 33 times.

your title is stupid. unlocking 1 nebula unlocks nebula on all current guns you levelled up to be able to do nebula, because that's how it works.
