- We went to Disneyland to try some Valentine's Day food and treats! Here is everything we tried in this video:
* Burnin' Love Hot Dog: foot long hotdog, spicy Mac & cheese, flaming hot Cheetos with a side of chips / apples $11.99
* Rose Cake Pop: chocolate cake, sour candy, white chocolate $5.50
* Minnie Mouse Rice Krispie Treat: Minnie Mouse shaped Rice Krispie treat dipped in milk chocolate and strawberry sprinkles $5.99
* Strawberry Horchata: strawberry flavored horchata $4.99
* Chocolate Strawberry Beignets: warm beignets covered in chocolate and strawberry powdered sugar $5.50 for a pack of 3
* Strawberry Julep (non-alcoholic): strawberry flavored mint julep $4.99
With the exception of the cake pop and Rice Krispie Treat all of these items are available until the end of February!

The Strawberry Horchata funeral was sad. I gave it that wah wah wah waah sound effect when Peter tossed it away. These food videos always make me hungry. Glad I had my lunch while watching this time around.

Beignets! Gotta try these ASAP. Thx for the tip. Nothing more fun than enjoying the food and drinks and not waiting in a long line for a thrill or theme ride over a holiday. Having the pass is perfect, show up, have a few hrs of fun and leave the crowd behind 😊

Love seasonal treats! The rose looked really yummy, I think I would like the sour bit. I also love that Kitra does a happy dance when she eats something yummy, I do too! The flavor just makes you want to dance~

I'm such a fan so, it was SUCH a pleasure meeting you both on Sunday afternoon at Frontierland (2/16)! I apologize if I disrupted Peter as he was taking a photo of the Rancho del Zocalo sign as you both were entering. :) But, you two are such friendly people and because of all your vlogs, I was able to get on Rise of the Resistance multiple times throughout the weekend! I can't express enough how epic Batuu and that ride is.

@@OrdinaryAdventures It looked good, but I've had my gall bladder removed, and even as a kid WITH one... "fatty" meat was a BAD idea. I've had to give up some pizza as I've gotten older because of grease. Costco pizza or hot dogs are the BANE OF MY EXISTANCE!!! That said, that hot dog and mac and cheese looked good. I've just never had the hot cheetos, so I dunno how THAT would work for me.

I highly suggest the seasonal strawberry cheesecake funnel cake from the Stagedoor Cafe in Frontierland! I tried it last year during valentine’s and it’s one of my favorite Disney treats of all time.

It was so nice meeting you Peter and Kitra! I ran into you at Frontierland. I was simply switching out my fuel rod and then spotted you. We talked about Fastpass soon coming to Finding Nemo. I have also been surprised that strawberries and cinnamon don’t work well together. I had some cinnamon almond butter that I thought would go well with strawberry jam in a sandwich. 😝 Took hours to get the icky flavor out of my mouth. Although this is not particularly health conscious of me, I found that marshmallow whip worked much better; almost like a cinnamon roll in sandwich form.

My mother made mac n cheese with cut up hot dogs too! Maybe it was a recipe in a magazine or something.

Peter if you like Horchata and happen to be in San Diego, I highly recommend going to Holy Matcha and try the Matcha Horchata. It’s delicious and authentic Horchata. The owner is Mexican and the recipe is from her grandmother! Also great video as always! I’m catching up on the ones I missed! ✨

Peter and Kitra, "horchata" is pronounced (or-cha-ta). "H" is silent. Is the blue milk from Galaxy's Edge an "horchata" too? I loved the scenario: "Death to Strawberry Horchata". RIP ha ha My favorite treat or snack at Disneyland has to be any frozen fruit from the wooden carts on Main Street. The frozen pineapple with Tajin as you sit and watch the parade or Fantasmic has to be the best part ever for me. Its become a tradition for our family to do that.

I'll just say that having finally gone to Paris about 5 years ago, Disneyland Paris was fun! Indiana Jones is an upside down coaster, rather than the Disneyland "ride", and Space Mountain goes upside down as well. I enjoy coasters, as long as they DON'T go upside down, but I went on both in Paris and they were fine. I think Disneyland made sure not to make them Knot's coasters, and perhaps make some folks sick. So they get major props from me. Pirates and other classics were similar enough I didn't notice a big difference. And I was jet-lagged, so I didn't shop and get shirts or souvenirs like I normally would have enjoyed. But overall, Disneyland Paris gets a big thumbs up! (Not trying to rip Disney, but they'll tell you EVERYONE in Disneyland Paris speaks English. That was NOT my experience. Just saying. ;) )
My fiance and I attend for Sweet hearts Nite and tried the chocolate strawberry beignets and the strawberry mint julep. I wasn't convinced on the beignets they seemed sort of sour to me with the strawberry flavor. But the julep was very tasty!

Thank you for the tips we was there yesterday and the line to get into Disney was crazy 😜. We got into the park at 740 got our boarding pass group 42 yeaaaaa and got on the ride at 1230. The maxpass was very helpful for the days because every ride was hour or more wait. Keep up the videos love the content

Lol! Fresh out of the fryer Kitra! Not thee even! So far, I haven't met a Disney beignet I didn't like. Except for the butterscotch beignets! Which I've yet to try! They've proven to be popular with e everyone for the past 2 years. So I'm going that they're back again this year. I too missed out on the watermelon julep. 😟

6:52 Seems Kitra forgot about the 5 second rule. Sitting at my computer, I swear I gained a few pounds watching you try out the goodies. The good thing about Disneyland is that you walk everywhere, that helps. I love food videos even if I don't get to taste anything.
That rose cake pop was around when Beauty and the Beast got big again at Disneyland (with Red Rose Tavern). The Disney cake pops are definitely mixed with frosting in order to keep them moist. I love the chocolate pops but not the vanilla. And - you cant go wrong with the Dapper Dans at Refreshment Corner with the piano. That funeral procession for the Strawberry Horchata was too funny.
That dog look so good. It reminded me when I would put baked beans and kraft mac and cheese on my dog as a kid. But the cheetos. Adds whole new game. To the person who created that Strawberry drink. You had one job, one!!!
