Hostel ke mess mein available food ko optimize karein: Protein-rich foods jaise ki dal, chawal, roti, sabzi khayein. 2. Fruits aur nuts khayein jab bhi available ho. 3. Homemade snacks jaise ki namkeen, dry fruits, energy bars lein. *Workout (Gym ke bina)* 1. Bodyweight exercises: Push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, chair dips kar sakte hain. 2. Yoga aur stretching exercises: Flexibility aur strength badhane ke liye. 3. Running, walking, jogging: Hostel ke premises mein ya nearby areas mein kar sakte hain. *Strength Badhane Ke Liye* 1. @@kriti3311 Like the first response, stick to a particular diet which is higher in calories than daily needed for your body, that is a calorie surplus diet. - Since you're in a hostel you can't tailor make meals i understand, still - Eat more eggs, whole eggs not just egg white, - Make sure you don't skip on carbs, it's important too so- - Add more butter/ghee to your rotis/parathas/even rice , this can be done, you just have to carry your own butter/ghee bottle. - Buy a protein supplement powder and a shaker bottle, drink protein shakes with dry fruits, in lukewarm water or milk or soymilk whichever is preferred - Follow your normal usual lifestyle, but not too active and physically rigorous because if you already have a high metabolism, you don't want to spike it and you wouldn't want to burn too many calories you need the extra cals to build weight. Attempt this everyday without breaks Along with this: - Visualize, attract and manifest a bigger, larger and more beautiful body everyday.
