@@rodelscreation If your pendrive is externally written 64 GB. It doesn't matter. What chip genius says only is the final. I got to know mine is 32GB Max. Then i entered bin values between 20000 to 32000. First chip finds that value and gives you the maximum original amount of GB. For me it showed me 28GB bin having the colour green (I specified the colour). In first chip app it is 28 GB and actual in my computer was somewhere around 27.7 GB. The pendrive is working and fine.
the lat one version look for the bottom part of the files you will see there's a lot of versions of the files then if that file did not work try to download the 2nd to the last and so on and so on until you find thre perfect one for you
yes bro keep in mind it will reset everything so please do it at your own risk it will not clean the drive the tools will fix the unreadable flash drive so it become like new flash drive again

I didn't do it in chrome but instead opera browser and I downloaded the file but the file that Supposed to take me to vendor controller I can't fine it and that's where my operation stop.

I downloaded latest chip aplication and it worked fine, i got usb back after 1 scan and 1 minute. Today i messed again eith usb and broke it. Ive tried latest chip aplication and i got 4 error like other ppl. Than i found your video and downloaded aplication you said and after 3 hours it got back again. Its up to bug , sometimes aplication doesnt work. You need older version i guess.

I think there are no solutions for this issue as I have noticed that my flash drive is not legitimate brand of hp i just bought my 1tb from online store for a cheap price (means local not original brand) and that make sense to me that whenever I try to put more than 12gb it can't save it (before I fixed it) and later after I fixed it it showed me the real size of it,please correct me if I'm wrong (lots of people had same issue like us and i confirmed from them it is not a legit flash drive... If lock port failed shown. You can check the right side of your firstchip screen and look for lockport.. There is a option tab there, and try to change it one by one until your flash drive shown 🙏 hope it helps

Yes po please be mind that it will fixed your flash drive but also delete all the files inside of it, also try go read some comments of scenario that others fixed usb but got some decrease file size due to fake usb bought from online shop like for example, they bought 1tb for only cheaper price, if they fixed it using this method it will show the real size of it like 12gb or less.. It's because it's not a real 1tb

Please try to search it the name of your vendor like i did in the video, instead of first chip, type that alcro mcro then install the latest version or the version that will work for you, then follow the next step and i am hoping it can fix it finger crossed 🤞🙏
after a few mins of the second scan, i heard the windows unplug device tone and i went to the the program window, the scan stopped and it said "lockport fail"

Yes po for me it's 1tb so it lasted for 4 hours on the 2nd scan, but mostly it will depend on your device performance po, but expect that it will take too long for 2nd scanning 👍

Ganito din ang problema ko kaso hindi flash drive kudi HDD naman ang sa akin. Master baka may alam ka para maayus ko HDD ko. Nag try ako ng procedure mo kaso hindi gumana sa HDD ko.

Also you can check your Flash drive on the chip genious if it is showing you lots of info and correct data means it's legit, however if you bought your flash drive cheap and not reasonable for its price and not showing you accurate data on the scan you made by chipgenious expect that. It will show you the max capacity of your flash drive... Example you bought 1T flashdrive for 3dollars in amazon or any online store then you scanned it through chipgenious and showed max capacity is 12gb means it's fake... The program saved my flash drive but it reduce storage to 14 gb from 32 gb As seen from the video you had faced the same situation like me .What should I do to increase storage to 32 gb again ? Do you have any solution for this ?
I think there are no solutions for this issue as I have noticed that my flash drive is not legitimate brand of hp i just bought my 1tb from online store for a cheap price (means local not original brand) and that make sense to me that whenever I try to put more than 12gb it can't save it (before I fixed it) and later after I fixed it it showed me the real size of it,please correct me if I'm wrong (lots of people had same issue like us and i confirmed from them it is not a legit flash drive...

If lock port failed shown. You can check the right side of your firstchip screen and look for lockport.. There is a option tab there, and try to change it one by one until your flash drive shown 🙏 hope it helps

Yes po please be mind that it will fixed your flash drive but also delete all the files inside of it, also try go read some comments of scenario that others fixed usb but got some decrease file size due to fake usb bought from online shop like for example, they bought 1tb for only cheaper price, if they fixed it using this method it will show the real size of it like 12gb or less.. It's because it's not a real 1tb

after a few mins of the second scan, i heard the windows unplug device tone and i went to the the program window, the scan stopped and it said "lockport fail"
If lock port failed shown. You can check the right side of your firstchip screen and look for lockport.. There is a option tab there, and try to change it one by one until your flash drive shown 🙏 hope it helps
Well, i restarted the scan and so far its not longer stopping, im in 7 mins now at 2%

Also you can check your Flash drive on the chip genious if it is showing you lots of info and correct data means it's legit, however if you bought your flash drive cheap and not reasonable for its price and not showing you accurate data on the scan you made by chipgenious expect that. It will show you the max capacity of your flash drive... Example you bought 1T flashdrive for 3dollars in amazon or any online store then you scanned it through chipgenious and showed max capacity is 12gb means it's fake...
