Three more ways:
Power of Ascensions is a good way to increase monster power if you are a newer player. As you progress in ToA (Tower of Ascension) and Spire of Ascension you earn tokens that can be spent at Power of Ascensions. These can be spent on summon power and celestial power to increase monster stats.
Another tip is to consistently level up the monsters you are farming with. Barcode has a video on how to maximize this process as well, through the use of potions and other buffs. Though it's a slow process, it's an effective way to gradually enhance the power level of monsters you intend to build but don't consider a top priority, allowing you to save XP potions for other things.
Artifacts are another way to squeeze out a bit more power as well.

Level 90 got me spooked to the point of spamming Training until mythic runes (and the other updates the week of the 25th most likely) release. Spooked worse by being a returner as you are after roughly the same time period. Plus I have to catch up mythic equipment too, probably my largest hurdle atm, although there are a LOT of purple and even orange selectors once the crafts are actually done, rerolls and all.
And I'm still itching on my LD5 mileage (february cant come soon enough), as well as itching on Galagos coming back.
This was a good reminder for when lvl90 ultimately does come, as even though it'll be a grind, the payoff for any kind of player will pay dividends.

there are still so many stupid people in this game tho. especially in the heroes dungeon raid. if you do not have a high attack power, they will kick you. but when you look at the monster composition of the raid party, he has the wrong monsters. people are so focused in raising attack power instead of using the correct monsters to counter the boss.
Yeah, I totally get that. That does happen. However. Just fyi, some people switch monsters when they get inside . People use other monsters in raid lobby for power level bonus damage
