    Hey Everyone, this clipper set stop working out of nowhere a while back and I threw them away, They performed decent while they lasted but they only lasted about a year. Don't waste your time and money with these. If your looking to get good quality clippers as cheap as possible, I would go with TPOB brand. Good luck

    Man your videos are goated, just copped the Novah's and cancelled my Faded king's order after seeing your review and the other reviews on amazon saying they come used 😂. Excited to see how these clippers perform in a few days.

    Recently ordered came yesterday. I also saw faded culture/browsed Amazon and loved the look. Will put to use soon!

    appreciate your perspective. for me, the trimmer is just ok. I don’t know if it’s me using like a novice, but I just can’t get the clear lines that my barber gets with his andis. I think the quality is good but idk, they just don’t seem sharp enough. I don’t want to tinker with them-they do look just about zero gapped. do you find any trimmer brands to be particularly sharp?

  • @ascales30
    @ascales30 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    A good clipper/trimmer, but the blades get hottt! Couldn't zero gap the trimmer, but it's still pretty close. I actually ordered the first pair and the clipper would't stay on. It would stay no more than 5 seconds and it was charges 100%. Called customer service and they were great! They sent me another pair and told me to keep the other one also. So I have a Papillon that I use the others for. Very good. Had them about 2 years.

    Now I’ll have to review this clipper trimmer set. I hope this is better than that last set i got from another brand. That brand was trash and it didn’t even hold a charge. Clipper would died in a week or a few days just sitting

      The key to keeping these cordless clippers from losing their ability to hold a charge is, once you put it on the charger and the battery reaches 100% immediately take it off the charger. When you leave a cordless clipper on the charger after its been fully charged, it becomes overcharged and overheated. This damage makes the lithium ion battery lose its ability to hold function properly.

    I wonder can you replace the trimmer blade with a 2.0 graphite like Babyliss

    Have seen multiple people saying they heat up really quick. Any comment on that matter?

    • @Anime_44_Love
      @Anime_44_Love  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I wouldn't say they heat up real quick.
      BUT I used them in a professional setting recently and all the sudden the battery drains really fast. Stopped using them
      They were good at first but now not so much. Try the Surkers. Those seem to be really good so far. Well see in the long haul

    • @maz_mtb3266
      @maz_mtb3266 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Anime_44_Love I have seen some about Surker, along the the Kemei clipper and trimmers. TPOB Candy and Ghost X really have my eye and sitting right around the $100 range for the pair.

    • @Anime_44_Love
      @Anime_44_Love  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@maz_mtb3266 Yeah I really like the Suker clipper, I just wish it had a charging stand. I also have a Kemei clipper (The Kemei 1986 PRO) and I really like that one too; however, it also doesn't have a stand and the motor isn't very strong, so it does really good with fading and tapering but not so good with removing bulk at a quick pace.
      The TPOB Candy is a nice clipper but my only complaint is the number of clicks on the click lever. There's only 4 levels with only 3 clicks, you need 5 levels with 4 clicks to have a middle, so I had to remove the click lever unfortunately, because it is really nice, and I made it a floating lever.
      So everything budget wise has it's pros and cons. Just more so what your willing to deal with, ya know.
      Hope this helps bro

    I just got mine n the only thing i didnt like its the chargin cord... its too hard to plug in both the trimmer n clippers... or is it just mine.

    • @Anime_44_Love
      @Anime_44_Love  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Was the clipper set box sealed in plastic wrap and had the unbroken sticker when you received it?
      I ask because, yeah, I have no problem inserting or connecting the charging cable to the clipper or trimmer.
      If your package WAS NOT plastic wrap sealed and sticker sealed, someone could've returned it with a charging cable that doesn't belong to it.
      OR
      If it WAS sealed then it could just be a manufacture issue. Either way I would submit replacement request through Amazon website.
      Hope this helps 🤙

    How would you compare them to the fade king set

    • @Anime_44_Love
      @Anime_44_Love  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Joey, sorry about the late reply. To be honest, although I've owned the fade king clippers for a while now, I actually haven't used it yet. I guess I just got comfortable with the Novah clippers and my Kemei clippers I never felt the need to, but I'll tell you what, I think I might cut my own hair tomorrow and I'll try them out and let you know. I will even try to record myself cutting with them. Sorry I couldn't give you an answer right away but thanks for checking out my video and leaving a comment

      Hey Joey, I just uploaded a video where I used the Fade King clipper on myself. Check it out, because it's a good clipper. Some parts are sped up. I hope the video helps

    The clipper is fine after you change the blade, the trimmer is complete garage and cannot swap the blade.

      @Anime_44_Love  ปีที่แล้ว

      Damn, sorry the trimmer didn't work out for you bro. Did you change the clipper blade for a wahl blade or so?

    What’s it like for thick African hair?

    • @Anime_44_Love
      @Anime_44_Love  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It'll fade and cut the hair no problem. Now if there's a lot of bulk, like a large very course afro. I'm not sure how smoothly it'll cut through it because I haven't gotten a chance to try to remove that kind of bulk with it yet.
      I've had an afro myself and it removed my bulk, but my hair texture is like medium so not so tough to go through.
      Give them a try bro, I think it'll get the job done. worst case if you don't like them just return them and get your money back. Amazon returns are easy.
