Indeed Yengore so I'm told. Warm water should do the trick; Although pushing the rim in at the right angle and clearing the job in 48 seconds is already an improvement over spending an hour (or more) in despair :)
It's a lot easier if you stretch one side out with two fingers of each hand and then get someone to drop the hub straight in between your fingers. Took, me 5 seconds for each wheel !!!
Good call, but you don't even need a 2nd person. Set the wheel on a table and stretch the tire from each side with 2 fingers and push it down over the wheel.
Spray silicone from any hardware or auto parts store. Spray on both sides of the tire and the rim pops right inside.
I have seen a tip that if you heat the tyre slightly to make it expand then do this it is a lot easier.

thanks for that advice! As soon as we need to switch tires again we'll give it a try!
