Hello one of my friends went to uk as a student last year but some of financial circumstances he not able to continue the study he has only choice to be a overstayer his brp still have deadline date but he checkup online brp cancelled he guess but now one of his close relative has same business and he agreed to give him sponser so can you please tell is it possible or any way ?? Main question is that can overstayed able to get sponsorship? Please guide
No they can't plllllease don't ask him he's not a proffessional solicitor. Check with solicitor legit one because overstay means he's illegal no matter what.
I have a query for applicants of University of Hertfordshire. I got conditional offer letter from university and conditions were submitting SOP and initial deposit but in mail it was written that after providing SOP i will be given unconditional letter and an 8 digit student ID. In conditional offer letter I was provided with 6 digit application ID. Now my consultant is saying I should deposit fee against application ID because today is last day to pay initial deposit fee.
