- In this video; I will be building a tool for circular saw blade sharpening. A beatifull jig for blade sharpening. You can fast easily sharpening your blades. I used in this video a grinder cutting machine and a disk for ceramic cutting.

Ist schon eine echt Klasse Idee!! Falsche Scheibe!!! Und gleich nach dem Schleifen das Sägeblatt wegschmeißen. Hab heute mit der "ceramic" Scheibe geschärft . Die Scheibe war vorher stumpf, jetzt sind die Blättchen an den Schneidkanten ausgeschlagen!! Immer eine Scheibe für HM benutzen!!

Для полноценной правильной заточки стол на который крепится затачиваемая ФРЕЗА должен иметь заданный угол. буквально наклонен в сторону. и фиксатор фрезы. В остальном всё хорошо. Респект.

I think I will cut a V shape into the block of wood that holds the angle grinder as I'm sure it will make the grinder more rigid.
Will also clamp the base plate.

Making tools that work is satisfying. The only thing this saw sharpener can't do is sharpen angled teeth but that is not a problem if your blade has just straight teeth.

this is probably the best video i have seen by far for this carborundum sharpening. the jig is straightforward without the total bs. of " hey look i am going to make the most complicated jig with lots of sprcialized tools - i mean you have a workshop and nothing to do , right?" this is very very straightforward with a minimum of fuss and ... well you read the first part of my comment ... mounting the angle-grinder is just specific to what works for yours, shape the block a little. i suppose the disc circumference will be almost touching the melanine. he uses the cheapest cut-off ceramic wheel. this will work if you sharpen correctly. it is a very light touch to contact the teeth. there should be no distortion of the wheel. this is actually correct for sharpening. this system will work if you have minimum tools and skills. hell, it is probably possible to do all this with just an angle grinder, a wood disk and hammer and nails. i have had to work with hammer and nails and glue recently. my experience is buy as many types and sizes of nails as you can. the right nail is very important in this type of technology. batteries fail, corded drills can be a pain, but hammer and nails are very powerfull. recently i had to nail in an unstable situation. i started the nail and used an old wood clamp to push it home. i also used cheap standard white glue. if the joint is protected from water, this way of joining wood is miraculously powerful.

Merhaba, evet ben de yaşadım. Bıçağı biledikten sonra bir iyileşme oldu, ancak bıçak pek kaliteli değil. Bu sebeple uzun ömürlü de değil. Neyseki ucuz bir bıçak, ancak bulması biraz zor. Ben Karaköyde bulunca 2 tane aldım. Üstelik diğer bıçakların dörttebir fiyatına. En fazla 3 defa bilenebileceğini düşünüyorum.

No pretendo ser negativo, pero te recuerdo que los dientes llevan una ligera inclinación a un lado y a otro correlativamente por diente. Con este sistema, por supuesto que se notará el afilado, pero el que te hace un profesional, lo hace con una máquina automática que tiene en cuenta este detalle, inclinándose diente a diente para dicha inclinación.

Any reason ot to use the bolt hole for the handle as a fixing point to get it square? Would imagine these would be pretty accurate.
There is no reason. You can do it that way.

any diamond impregnated cutting disc will work on carbide (not too coarse). any cutoff wheel for steel blades.

I recommend 350 - 500 grit diamond. If you're just cutting 2x4s, then coarser is OK.
this is a great moment among too many bullsh*t videos. a cut-off wheel as per the comments below is perfect. just do not stress the wheel with your delicate side force. when i review sharpening videos the masters say over and over the beginner uses too much force. unless you are reshaping something, sharpening wants less force not more. beginners grind too much away and also get worse results.

Зачем такие проблемы? На пилу изготовить и установить жёсткий опоры, для установки на вёрстка диском вверх, чтобы работать с мелкими детали. При необходимости ставим алмазную чашка и точим пилу, при этом можно менять угол заточка зубчика

Однако плоскость режущей наплавки нехило бы выставить хотя бы на 15 град. относит. плоскости оси вращения диска, что у левого, что у правого зуба, да и от радиуса соблюсти бы уголок...
